Until the mandate becomes put it in everything and increase the quantities to get rid of the backlog from overproduction. I remember way back in the day when a soft drink used to fizz out your nose at the slightest movement while today it bubbles like a tar pit in comparison from all the sweetener.

As a child, Mountain Dew was my favorite soda. When they switched from sugar to corn syrup they ruined it. Unless you drank Mountain Dew in the early 70`s you wouldn`t believe the difference. it`s trajic.

Nah, the States has a corn subsidy farm fetish. We just overgrow canola for a Bayer world here.

BTW getting back to the Op, we as individuals can chose good or evil, but the world of man, especially today now that it has global control, is not about to let us have that choice on a world basis any more. The Great Reset has begun and our false global saviour is on the rise.

I'm not his Holy Spirit. If he's a believer the Lord will address it. What's immoderate for one may not be the next. Since you aren't present when he does it, you can't say for certain what he's doing.

Everyone does things others don't approve of. But God is our barometer. Not man.

Adam and Eve were good. And all they did was eat of a tree they were told by GOD not to. So can you choose evil and good? Yes... not sure you will like the price. Christ died already...yet sin still has a price and you will get paid.. death in this world.

We know Christ will always forgive.. but that sin in this world still has a price. It does not all always pay up front.

It is such a blessing to have so many views on every subject.

Seems to me - the following way to a problem - is unhelpful.
1) Argue about what's a sin - make a decision.
2) Get the other to accept it's a sin.
3) Have the person "repent" - meaning they just stop doing the sin.

I'm not sure it works like that.

Does not original sin cover all others? We can cherry pick individual actions and call them sin but all should fall under original sin which is putting the will of man ahead of the will of God, as occurred in the Garden. Man's will is self serving while God wants us to serve each other.

Why would they be partying, for honoring God or for selfish pleasure? If the latter, you can guess what the answer is.

This is what we have heard the admonition:

For I have spent enough time in the past doing what pagans choose to do– ...carousing ( drinking alcohol and enjoy oneself with others in a noisy and lively way)...-1 Peter 4:3

They think it strange that I do not plunge with them into the same flood of dissipation, and they heap abuse on me.-1 Peter 4:4

But they will have to give account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.-1 Peter 4:5

For this is the reason the gospel was preached even to those who ARE NOW DEAD, so that they might be judged according to men in regard to the body, but live according to God in regard to the spirit.-1 Peter 4:6

I was kidding you. Corn syrup is one of the most unhealthy things you can ingest into your body.
