Am not who I am any more, my spirit is gone, my heart is dry, empty and cold and so harden that I don't feel anything but cry and regret

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9
As Christians we may fall away or commit some sin as we are still in this fallen flesh, but all we have to do is confess our sin to God and He is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us...
The Apostle Paul described this constant war with the flesh:
"For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do." Galatians 5:17
So there are times we fail in this battle - and in those times we confess our sins and beg God's forgiveness.
God is faithful, even when we are not...

Because your not trusting in God for forgiveness... if you desire forgiveness then God has given you this desire. Trust God is a God of His word; He is faithful.
I can happily agree with you in prayer, but this is a thing you have to go to Him for.... it is at His feet you are healed.

Go into a quiet place... stay there and pray, if you fall asleep, try again tomorrow... Keep going, keep praying... keep begging God to help you until you receive Him.
