Curious as to why none of this has been presented to the courts? Most of us are losing track of the trump losses in court... when will this "evidence" appear?

They can't show us yet. Why? Because they can't. We just need to trust them.

Nobody can say Trump didn't try his hardest, even to the bitter end.

...People aren't used to that anymore in today's cultural climate. People seem more inclined to prefer weakness, like that of an elderly person.

Hi LC,

Yes, but if only he would show such noble effort in the things that are important. Trying to heal the chasm of division, establishing a working effort to control the spreading of the pandemic that has come upon the world. Encouraging and helping in getting the legislature to provide help for those found in need during this crisis. If he had handled those much more important issues, then he probably wouldn't be in this position where he now has to 'try his hardest, even to the bitter end'.

As I see it, the reason he now has to 'try his hardest even to the bitter end', is because the American people haven't seen him using such similar effort in governing. I mean, that is the job of the President of the United States. He seems to have spent most of his time raining pain and suffering on anyone or group that he feels are against him. That's just not the job of the President of the United States. Trust me, every president has had detractors and some very powerful and loud. Look at what President Obama had to work with in encouraging and building support for the ACA. But none have spent the majority of their time governing trying to settle perceived 'scores'. None have lied to us in the avalanche of lies that we are hearing from the office and administration of this president. With all the 'trying' to salvage his political career, we're all watching him go out every day to play more golf while people are dying and grasping for a lifeline to hold on to for financial help. Really???? That's what you see as 'trying his hardest, even to the bitter end'?

I mean, honestly, right now, Donald Trump is the very picture of what I believe most people conjure in their minds when they say Nero fiddled as Rome burned.

BTW, from what has come of all his court filings, I think you may have mistyped what you believe Donald Trump is doing. I see that he's 'lying his hardest, to the bitter end'.

God bless,
ted

Trump Administration Accomplishments | The White House

Hi LC,

I actually read a lot of different news sources. I'm well aware of how the WH measures Donald Trump's accomplishments. However, I am a living breathing human being and while I read their list, I've been out here in the real world and actually seen what's been getting done. The WH 'accomplishment' list is pretty much just Donald Trump telling us what a yuge success his administration has been and how he's been the most favorite, best president the country has ever had, at least since Lincoln.

But, I've actually lived out here in the world where all these accomplishments have happened, and while I'm not going to say that he hasn't done anything good, his overall administration has been an utter failure from what I've seen with my own eyes.

For example: Where's that glorious health plan that he's been hiding from everyone? The one that's promised to be better and cheaper? He's been in office for nearly 4 years now and healthcare isn't appreciably different today than it was 5 years ago. How about that great infrastructure bill that's going to 'Make America Great Again'. What about those easy tariffs that are going to provide us money from China to solve a lot of our trade deficit problem and pour money into our coffers? What about his great wall? So far I think that while he has strengthened existing wall that's been there since before his administration. Official records show that he's really only built just a few miles, less than 20, of new wall. At this rate it will take a century to build the wall that he promised. Oh, and where's the check from Mexico to reimburse our coffers through tariffs and what ever other sources of income he may have thought that Mexico was going to provide to pay for those less than 20 miles of new wall?

Yes, I approve of our recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol city of Israel. More Americans are not employed today than ever before, largely due to the pandemic. However, employment in America has pretty regularly been on an uphill climb for decades. Our population increases and so that requires more jobs to fulfill the needs of more people. It's likely that 10 years from now, if national population growth continues, that the president in that day will be able to make the same boast. In fact President Obama, after the financial crises was able to make the same boast as far as historical employment records prior to his day. Bottom line, so long as our nation endures and grows in population we should expect that each successive generation will have more people employed 'than ever before in history'. President Obama oversaw the growth of 11.3 million jobs since his first day in office.

So, as you go down that list from the WH, and actually stop to research each one, I think one tends to find that a lot of that is just blowhard braggadocio. Most of the accomplishments aren't supported by the facts. That's not to say that all of them aren't. But a great many of them aren't really the major accomplishments that Donald Trump wants people like you to believe that they are.

BTW, it's interesting that the list hasn't been updated for over a year. Every wonder why that might be?

God bless,
ted

Opinions are like ear lobes - everyone has them. and you can punch holes in them pretty easy..

Pointing out the quality of the information source (which is little to none), is not an attack.

Now the Snopes couple and their cat are publishing articles.

You know who to rely on, when they provide links with facts. Snopes isn't perfect any more than any other fact checker is. But I can go and look at their links to see what they actually have.

There's a good reason you don't get that on extremist sites on the left or the right.

Old lawyer rule:
1. If the law is on your side, cite the law.
2. If the facts are on your side, cite the facts.
3. If neither the law nor the facts are on your side, yell and make fun of the facts.

One does the best one can, with what one has, I suppose.

Hey, breaking news everyone. Sydney Powell, the spouting attorney of all things conspiratorial and beacon of fraudville, has been removed from Trump's legal team. Only 15 or so more to go. Seems like the many who are supporting these fraud claims may have to invest in hiring their own legal teams and dig up their own evidence to support such claims. Trump's legal team doesn't seem to be up for the job.

Out of some 30+ law suits filed, only two have been upheld and neither of them were of any importance as far as changing the vote count or establishing any kind of fraud. In fact, Giuliani himself has said in open court that they aren't trying to prove fraud. There goes the game.

God bless,
ted

Yes. It appears it's all political theater. They scream about fraud before they get into court, and then quietly admit to the judge that "it's not about fraud."

They're playing the suckers. Or rather people they thought were suckers. It's not working the way it used to.
