Hi, my name is MickeyJo....

Hi dear Chrisitian Forum Members,
I thought I would try something new, to meet others and see what this forum is like.
I am from Michigan; in what is called the Irish Hills area.

It will take some time I am thinking, to negociate around this site.

I love the Lord and I am what I briefly saw as a 'Golden group' not sure, but I am also a widow.
That word changes life... humbly so. But, I find joy in my world and have been Blessed so by our Heavenly Father by His Love and Grace.
I look forward to meeting you...
And I thought I would share a picture with you, of where I camped in the summer and a photo I took looking at the back of my home... just for sharing and conversation...

Hi Kenny'sID, I had to chuckle when I read your welcome which was nice of you to take the time...
My husband had a drywall business which I have now since he left this earth...
But one of the guys who use to work for him, I called my old hippie friend. He would always say "Hi Mick!"
Just thought I would share that... made me smile!

Thank you, Tone, for your greeting. It is always nice to be welcomed. I will look up the photo threads.
I usually always have my camera except today on a beautiful walk in the woods and I missed having it.

I was called many different things when growing up. Mikey, Mike also and my Catholic name was Michelina...I could not be baptised as Mickey according to the leaders of the church <3 Today it would not be a problem I am sure....
