My thoughts are the big suit hasn't been filed yet and a major player skipped a public hearing today, deciding to lawyer up instead. The state certifications are just a sideshow.
And who exactly is the "big suit" going to be against? As elections are state matters, they are subject to state laws... and are challenged in state courts.
And Team Donald has already been laughed out of state courts in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona.
It's easy to see somebody is scared about what's coming, which was obvious the way all the media got their talking points early, "...with no evidence...", successfully brainwashing early those who trust those liars.
And Donald is utterly trustworthy... got it.
Trump told all of us what would happen, the counting would cease early in the swing states, then massive amounts of Biden votes would be 'found' in the middle of the night, and that's exactly what happened. They were expecting this treason.
Or.... they knew perfectly well that mail-in ballots aren't counted until
after the in-person ballots... and were counting on you
not to know that.
Meanwhile, I have no idea where you're getting the "Cease early in the Swing states" idea, but if you have anything to support it, kindly email it to Giuliani ASAP -- he seems to have left his evidence in his other pants.
But I must say, Donald's plan was elegant in its simplicity:
1. Convince his followers not to trust main-in voting in spite of the pandemic
2. Sabotage the post office to keep those mail-in votes from arriving on time.
3. Go to court to challenge the mail in ballots which couldn't
possibly have been delivered on time -- he would know; he sabotaged the post office!
If the scheme had been executed as well as it had been planned, Donald would've won the election... alas, only the first part went off without a hitch... his followers are subservient to him to a fault; the post office and the legal system... not so much.
