Well, some of them are.No way, they are not Christians.

Fair enough.That is unacceptable to me.
Then the answer to your question is this: there is no church for you.
If you can stand it, and do not feel compromised, attend but do not join, commune, or otherwise participate in some Christian assembly that meets most of your objectives.
