Hi, I'm Dahlia.
This is not my real name, it's an alias. In truth, I am an engineering student (undergraduate), and I've been grown and raised as a devout Presbyrterian.
COVID-19 has created some rough spots for me, and in my area my church is no longer hosting in-person sessions. In order to expand my communication and fellowship with other Christians and to provide and receive support- to discuss God, our relationship with Him, and to learn more about fellowship, I decided to join this forum.

I have created this alias so that people would not be able to publicly find my posts, as some people in my life are very critical of my Faith.

I look forward to learning and growing with you all, as my brothers and sisters under the Holy Father.

Thank you! I saw we already interacted on a thread. I'm really excited to see so many friendly people.
I already browsed a bit and got really interested in the life/physical sciences section. I'm specifically majoring in biomolecular/cellular engineering with a minor in bioinformatics.. so, to say the least, the idea of life as God's Creation is extremely intriguing to me

Funny isn't it? I noticed that too!
That's great that you have found special points of interest already, I'm afraid that I am fairly simple and a lot of science etc is over my head, but that's OK because we are all one in Christ being members of His body

Creation is a wonderful thing, you only have to look at nature and see the brilliance of design in creatures to see that they just had to be created, with such diversity, none of it could have happened by chance.

I try to not leave traces online, especially since, with my profession, some people don't like politics or religion being posted everywhere by their engineering or research interns
