Bongino says Democrats need to 'seriously look in the mirror'

Liberal mayors' attempts to blame violence over the Fourth of July weekend on coronavirus and the Trump administration is "grotesque and pathetic," former NYPD officer and Secret Service agent Dan Bonginosaid Tuesday.

In an interview on "Fox & Friends," Bongino specifically called out Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.

The Democrat-run cities both saw spikes in violent crime over the holiday weekend. According to the Chicago Police Department, there were 87 people shot and 17 killed from July 2 to July 5. There were at least 44 shooting incidents and 10 dead in New York City as the Big Apple saw its surge in violence continue. The NYPD reported that June shootings in NYC were up 130 percent from the same time last year.

The Trump mantra "it's not my fault; I'm just the president."
His failure to lead, and the tens of thousands of Americans who died for that failure, will be his legacy.

Could Biden had done better from the basement?
Can he find the exit door?

Of course. In March, when Trump was dithering and said the outbreak was controlled, and would go away "like a miracle", Biden had laid out the steps that needed to be done to protect us. Steps that successfully ended the outbreak in many countries.

If Trump had listened, there would be 36,000 American alive today, who died because Trump bungled the crisis.

Can he find the exit door?

It appears that the voters will be showing Trump the exit door in a few months.

How many days did de Blasio and Lighfoot devote to playing golf last week - if its anything less than 3 then they weren't following the illustrious example of America's part-time President as the nation experienced its worst week of the pandemic thus far!

That killed over a hundred thousand Americans:

A bombshell Columbia University study finds President Donald Trump is responsible for the coronavirus deaths of 130,000 to 210,000 Americans.

“We believe that this was a monumental, lethal (bleep) by an administration that didn’t want to deal with reality,” Dr. Irwin Redlener, the lead author on the study and the founding director at Columbia’s National Center for Disaster Preparedness told The Daily Beast.

The study calls Trump’s response to the pandemic an “abject failure,” citing “the staggering and disproportionate nature of COVID-19 fatalities in the United States.”

“The inability of the U.S. to mitigate the pandemic is especially stark when contrasted with the response of high-income nations, such as South Korea, Japan, Australia, Germany, France, and Canada, as well as low- and middle-income countries as varied as Thailand, Pakistan, Honduras, and Malaysia. All of these nations have had greater success in protecting their populations from the impact of the coronavirus,” researchers say in the report published Wednesday.

They note the U.S. per capita death rate is “more than fifty times that of Japan.”
