I want to know about Jesus

I was born into a Muslim family
I don't know much about him
There is no preaching here

The reason for this desire
I saw him in a dream
I saw a cross on my knees
And blood comes down and the light appears
It was a gorgeous look
I felt I was born again
Then I woke up!

What do you think about this
I want to know the meaning of this vision

And I want to know Christ

And I want to know Christ

Jesus is the Son of God who became a man, lived on earth and taught us about God.

He came to pay the penalty for all our sins. A man can only pay for his own sins, but God can pay the penalty for everyone's sins.
That is why he was crucified, he was burried and on the third day he physical was raised to life.

Because he was raised we know that our sins have been forgiven and that we can recievec the free gift of salvation and eternal life with him in heaven.

Basically it goes like this , everybody is given somebody or something to preach the gospel of salvation to them so they can hear it and decide if they want to be saved or not , many Muslims actually are given dreams to drag them towards Jesus because they have no preacher to preach to them where they live.
If you search on some popular video websites you can find many testimony of Muslims who convert to Christianity just because they had dream of Jesus.

Ok so to begin with type in google 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 , it's basically gospel of salvation , core of Christianity that Jesus Christ came to earth fullfilling prophecy spoken of him in the Bible ( Old Testament) , hundreds of them like that he would be born in specific place of virgin , escape to Egypt as child , come back to teach heal and resurrect people and die for sins to obtains eternal life for anybody who believes in him.

If you believe that Jesus Christ was God incarnated and died for your sins you will become born again , go to heaven after you die.
Ephesians 2:8-9 , 1 Peter 1:18-21 , Ephesians 1:13-14

Salam, Exmoex. Visions are not an uncommon way that many people, particularly people in areas where there is no public preaching, have come to know Christ. Even the apostle Paul first came to know Christ through a vision he had with Christ in it, where Christ appeared to him on the road to Damascus and told him to stop persecuting the Church and to meet with the preexisting Christians in the city to join them there.

I am not qualified to interpret anyone's specific vision, but I will say that I find it very interesting that you have seen the cross in your dream, since Islam and Christianity disagree on what happened on the cross. Perhaps God is trying to send you a message about this point of theology by showing it with blood, since Islam does not teach that Christ died this way.

Christ's death and resurrection are the pinnacle of the most sacred time in the Church, which we call "Holy Week" in English (but أسبوع الآلام in Arabic), so I do not think it is insignificant that your vision dealt with this.

As far as how to get to know Christ, it depends on how open the people around you are to studying other religions. I know that many Muslims have an aversion to the Bible since their religion tells them various untrue things about it, so maybe it is not the best way forward for you right now. If you are wanting to study it, it is available in Arabic here. If you are looking for a place to start, you could try the Gospel according to St. Mark, since he is the one who brought Christianity to your people in the beginning of the 1st century after Christ. :) Though probably others would recommend the Gospel according to St. John, since that includes many more famous theological statements concerning Christ's divinity. There is a nice recording of half of the first chapter of St. John's gospel in Arabic in this video, where it is chanted according to how we do it in the Egyptian Church (I'm a member, even though I'm not Egyptian):

But no matter how you begin, the best way is always with prayer. Jesus Christ says in His own prayer in the 17th chapter of the Gospel according to John that eternal life is to know God, so asking God that He may reveal Himself more to you is a good thing to do.

This is what we pray at the end of every hour of prayer in the Coptic Orthodox Church (like how Muslims pray at 5 set times in a day, in Christianity it is traditional to pray 7 set times in a day, though if you cannot do all 7 it is good that you do whatever you can do to pray every day as much as possible), and this is my prayer for you and for all of us, as we too continue to ask God for more guidance and direction:

Have mercy on us, O God, and have mercy on us, who, at all times and in every hour, in heaven and on earth, is worshipped and glorified, Christ our God, the good, the long suffering, the abundant in mercy, and the great in compassion, who loves the righteous and has mercy on the sinners of whom I am chief; who does not wish the death of the sinner but rather that he returns and lives, who calls all to salvation for the promise of the blessings to come.

Lord receive from us our prayers in this hour and in every hour. Ease our life and guide us to fulfill Your commandments. Sanctify our spirits. Cleanse our bodies. Conduct our thoughts. Purify our intentions. Heal our diseases. Forgive our sins. Deliver us from every evil grief and distress of heart. Surround us by Your holy angels, that, by their camp, we may be guarded and guided, and attain the unity of faith, and the knowledge of Your imperceptible and infinite glory. For You are blessed forever.

+++ امين +++

May God complete the good work that He has begun in you with this vision, Ex moex. And may He guide us all likewise.

That reminds me of Cornelius [Acts of the Apostles 10], too.

I will just leave you with some Scripture which shows Who Jesus really was in his heart.

Luke 6:27-38 (the Message Bible)

“To you who are ready for the truth, I say this:
Love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst. When someone gives you a hard time, respond with the energies of prayer for that person. If someone slaps you in the face, stand there and take it. If someone grabs your shirt, gift-wrap your best coat and make a present of it. If someone takes unfair advantage of you, use the occasion to practice the servant life. No more tit-for-tat stuff. Live generously.

“Here is a simple rule of thumb for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you; then grab the initiative and do it for them! If you only love the lovable, do you expect a pat on the back? Run-of-the-mill sinners do that. If you only help those who help you, do you expect a medal? Garden-variety sinners do that. If you only give for what you hope to get out of it, do you think that’s charity? The stingiest of pawnbrokers does that.

“I tell you, love your enemies. Help and give without expecting a return. You’ll never—I promise—regret it. Live out this God-created identity the way our Father lives toward us, generously and graciously, even when we’re at our worst. Our Father is kind; you be kind.

“Don’t pick on people, jump on their failures, criticize their faults—unless, of course, you want the same treatment. Don’t condemn those who are down; that hardness can boomerang. Be easy on people; you’ll find life a lot easier. Give away your life; you’ll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity.”

Welcome. It is good and all for a dream to cause good things, but silly to rely on a dream alone.
I wish you blessings and happiness in your journeys.
