Trump campaign wins case on Pa. voter ID deadline

Trump WINS Legal Battle In PA REJECTING Votes, But Trump Is Still FAR From Winning Legal Victory. A Court has sided with the Trump campaign barring certain votes in PA. While the legal victory may be minor for now it could possibly open the door for many more legal challenges brought by Trump. The Pennsylvania court rules that the secretary of state had no authority to change ballot deadlines and thus these ballots corrected by the 10th to 12th shall not be counted. While media and Democrats are celebrating Joe Biden as the president-elect they aren't countering Trump's actual legal challenges.

Erm yes. Irrelevant, just as irrelevant as those Pennsylvania ballots received post election which have been segregated in regard to another supreme court decision. This is not voter fraud, and has no impact on this election (though will provide guidance for future ones).

Here’s the sobering reality. The ballots in question weren’t counted and were already segregated. They do not reduce Biden’s margin or subtract from his vote total.

Notice that the only legal battle Trump has won involved the rules set for accepting ballots, and not anything involving any fraud or corruption by the Democrats.

Changing ballot deadlines without the authority to do so, could very well constitute fraud or corruption.

Brilliant!

Hard to argue with that. Lol

Indeed...although you could post "yes it could", then we could rinse and repeat, see who gets rsi first.

However in the interest of something here's a more complete argument from my side.

In your system, legislature passes laws, officials pass rules/regulations. If someone doesn't like one of them they take it to court, and the court then decides if it's valid or not. However this doesn't mean that the originator of the law/reg has engaged in criminal activity. As a further example, the SCOTUS some time ago ruled the mandate bit of ACA was unconstitutional, so it got struck off. That doesn't mean the legislative group that passed the thing engaged in criminal activity.

Was it not already a law, and done without authorization?

She made a ruling, it got over turned. She made the ruling a few weeks ago, and the only person on the entire planet suggesting she get charged for it as a crime is you. So sure, it is possible the other 7 billion of us are wrong, but given that 7 billion includes the police, lawyers and courts, I'm gonna count it as a win.

No... they found it constitutional. In fact, Chief Justice Roberts declared that it was okay because it was essentially a tax, and congress has the right to create taxes. The Trump administration later zeroed out the fine for not having insurance, so the mandate is now meaningless.

I don't really want to step on your point though, it was a good one.

When you begin to defend your stance with untrue comments, I begin to stop taking your ability to defend this seriousely. Maybe you are wrong and know it.

That all seems unlikely.
