I have waited for your salvation, O Lord!
Genesis 49:18.

Psalm 149:4. For the Lord takes pleasure in His people;
He will beautify the meek with salvation.

Luke 1: Zacharias’ Prophecy
67 Now his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Spirit, and prophesied saying,
68 Blessed is the Lord God of Israel, for He has visited and redeemed His people,
69 And has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,
70 As He spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets, who have been since the world began,
71 That we should be saved from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us,
72 To perform the mercy promised to our fathers and to remember His holy covenant,
73 The oath which He swore to our father Abraham:
74 To grant us that we, being delivered from the hand of our enemies,
Might serve Him without fear,
75 In holiness and righteousness before Him all the days of our life.
76 And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest; For you will go before the
face of the Lord to prepare His ways,
77 To give knowledge of salvation to His people by the remission of their sins,
78 Through the tender mercy of our God, with which the Dayspring from on high has
visited us;
79 To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Isaiah 12:2. Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid;
For Yah, the Lord, my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.

Exodus 14:13. And Moses said to the people, Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation
of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today,
you shall see again no more forever.

Luke 19:
9. And Jesus said to him, Today salvation has come to this house, because
he also is a son of Abraham;
10 for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Exodus 15:2. The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become
my salvation; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God,
and I will exalt Him.

Psalm 140:7. O God the Lord, the strength of my salvation,
You have covered my head on the day of battle.

John 4:
21 Jesus said to her, Woman, believe Me, the hour is coming when you
will neither on this mountain, nor in Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship,
for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship
the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

Hannah’s Prayer
1 Samuel 2:
1 And Hannah prayed and said: My heart rejoices in the Lord; my horn is exalted in the Lord.
I smile at my enemies, for I rejoice in Your salvation.
2 No one is holy like the Lord, for none besides You, nor any rock like our God.
3 Talk no more so very proudly; let no arrogance come from your mouth, for the Lord is the
God of knowledge; and by Him actions are weighed.
4 The bows of the mighty men are broken, and those who stumbled are girded with strength.
5 Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, and the hungry have ceased.
Even the barren has borne seven, and she who has many children has become feeble.
6 The Lord kills and makes alive;He brings down to the grave and brings up.
7 The Lord makes the poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up.
8 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set among
princes and make them inherit the throne of glory. For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s,
and He has set the world upon them.
9 He will guard the feet of His saints, but the wicked shall be silent in darkness. For by strength
no man shall prevail.
10 The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken in pieces; from heaven He will thunder against them.
The Lord will judge the ends of the earth. He will give strength to His king, and exalt the horn of His anointed.

Psalm 96:
1 O sing unto the Lord a new song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth.
2 Sing unto the Lord, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.
3 Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

Isaiah 25:9. And it will be said on that day: Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him,
and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him; We will be glad and rejoice in
His salvation.

Acts 13:47. For so the Lord has commanded us: I have set you as a light to the Gentiles,
that you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.

Isaiah 26:
1 On that day this song will be sung in the land of Judah: We have a strong city; God will appoint salvation for walls and bulwarks.
2 Open the gates, That the righteous nation which keeps the truth may enter in.
3 You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.
4 Trust in the Lord forever, For in Yah, the Lord, is everlasting strength.


Psalms 116:
12 What shall I render to the Lord for all His benefits toward me?
13 I will take up the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the Lord.

Acts 4:12. Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven
given among men by which we must be saved.

Psalm 106:
3 Blessed are those who keep justice and do righteousness at all times!
4 Remember me, O Lord, with favor for Your people. Oh, visit me with Your salvation,
5 That I may see the benefit of Your chosen ones, That I may rejoice in the gladness
of Your nation, That I may glory with Your inheritance.
6 We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly.

9 He rebuked the Red Sea also, and it dried up; so He led them through the depths, as through the wilderness.
10 He saved them from the hand of those who hated them, and redeemed them from the hand of the enemy.

Job 13:
15. Though He slays me, yet will I trust Him. Even so, I will defend my own ways before Him.
16 He also shall be my salvation, for a hypocrite could not come before Him.

Acts 13:26. Men and brethren, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear God,
to you the word of this salvation has been sent.

Philippians 2:
12. Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much
more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;
13 for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.

Isaiah 33:2. O Lord, be gracious to us; we have waited for You. Be their arm every morning,
our salvation also in the time of trouble.
3 At the noise of the tumult the people shall flee; when You lift Yourself up, the nations shall be scattered;
4 And Your plunder shall be gathered as the gathering of the caterpillar; and as the running to
and fro of locusts, He shall run upon them.
5 The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
6 Wisdom and knowledge will be the stability of your times, and the strength of salvation;
The fear of the Lord is His treasure.

Romans 1:16. For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to
salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written,
The just shall live by faith.

2 Chronicles 20:17. You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and
see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem! Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.

Psalm 118:
15. The voice of rejoicing and salvation in the tents of the righteous: The right hand of the Lord
does valiantly.
16 The right hand of the Lord is exalted; The right hand of the Lord does valiantly.
17 I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the Lord.
18 The Lord has chastened me severely, but He has not given me over to death.
19 Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will go through them, And I will praise the Lord.
20 This is the gate of the Lord, through which the righteous shall enter.
21 I will praise You, for You have answered me, and have become my salvation.
22 The stone the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.
23 This was the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.
24 This is the day the Lord has made, We will rejoice and be glad in it.
25 Save now, I pray, O Lord; O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.
26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! We have blessed you from the
house of the Lord.
27 God is the Lord, and He has given us light!

Romans 10:
8 But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart (that is, the word
of faith which we preach),
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised
Him from the dead, you will be saved.
10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who
call upon Him.
13 For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Isaiah 49:
5 And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength.
6 And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth.
7 Thus saith the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despiseth, to him whom the nation abhorreth, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the Lord that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose thee.
8 Thus saith the Lord, In an acceptable time have I heard thee, and in a day of salvation have I helped thee: and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;
9 That thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves. They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
10 They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.

Psalm 98:
1. O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand,
and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.
2 The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in
the sight of the heathen.
3 He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends
of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and
sing praise.
5 Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.
6 With trumpets and the sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.
7 Let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
8 Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together
9 Before the Lord; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge
the world, and the people with equity.

Put on Christ
Romans 13:
11 And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness,
and let us put on the armor of light.
13 Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust,
not in strife and envy.
14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

2 Thessalonians 2:
13. But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord,
because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit
and belief in the truth,
14 to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by
word or our epistle.
16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and
given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace,
17 comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.

Our Consolation and Salvation
2 Corinthians 1:
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and
God of all comfort,
4 who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are
in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also abounds through Christ.
6 Now if we are afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effective for enduring
the same sufferings which we also suffer. Or if we are comforted, it is for your consolation
and salvation.
7 And our hope for you is steadfast, because we know that as you are partakers of the sufferings,
so also you will partake of the consolation.

2 Timothy 3:
14 But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them,
15 and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you
wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,
for instruction in righteousness,
17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

2 Timothy 2:
10. Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain
the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
11 This is a faithful saying: for if we died with we shall also live with Him.
12 If we endure, we shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us.
13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

1 Thessalonians 5:
8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love,
and as a helmet the hope of salvation.
9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
