have you considered that Trumps lawyers are not going to be able to get anything done without a court order, which means that the request would have to have a legal reason. The president cannot just snap his fingers and get anything done that he wants done, we are a nation of laws. Now if there is a legal justification for what Trump wants to do then the courts will take action. Trump is simply exercising his rights under the law and we should not have any problem with anyone doing that now should we.
It is a common tactic by the rich to bully others. When it comes to litigation often the rich drag things through the courts for so long that their poorer adversaries run out of money and just give up.

It is Trump's standard business practice to do this. It obviously isn't going to work in this case. The courts will quickly resolve the presidential election, they won't let it drag on for years like they have with the fight over access to Trump's taxes.
It is disgraceful behaviour because Trump is being a sore loser, a cry baby in the face of defeat. There is no reason to doubt the results, certainly Trump hasn't offered any plausible reason, hasn't offered any evidence, just baseless assertions. It was all predicted that Trump would disgrace himself by going down the route. It is not in his nature to act with dignity and grace, that is not who he is. He is the self proclaimed king of litigation, he did it with his taxes, his impeachment hearing and trial and now with the election, but this time the courts won't let his disgraceful shenanigans drag on.

I would not be the person to ask, his lawyers seem to think they have a legal basis,
The decision to litigate isn't upto his high paid lawyers. Lawyers are willing to argue anything as long as their client will pay them.

Tell us how you really feel about Trump, no need to consider the facts a totally emotional response is acceptable.

An attorney always has the option of refusing to take a case.

The facts

Legal affairs of Donald Trump - Wikipedia
over the previous three decades, Donald Trump and his businesses have been involved in 3,500 legal cases in U.S. federal courts and state court, an unprecedented number for a U.S. presidential candidate

This film clip seems apposite. It comes from the excellent John Frankenheimer film The Train starring Burt Lancaster, Paul Schofield, Jeanne Moreau. A film worth seeing if you haven't seen and like WW2 action thrillers. Paul Schofield is a better actor than Donald Trump lol.

That might be relevant if other presidential candidates had been businessmen to the same degree as Trump.

It is hard to find people who turned a $400+ million gift from daddy into the huge debts Donald owes. Luckily.

Tweets are evidence now, wow standards are low.

At the time all there was available was the first hand accounts on Twitter. I picked one that had no profanity, but it was reported by several. CNN has a story now when I just searched, with some of the other snarky stuff the judge said.

BTW, since it was mentioned earlier in the thread, it was also reported that some of the birth dates are in the 1800's to mask the birthday for people who may be a domestic violence victim. I forget which state this was for, maybe PA.

You would need to understand real estate investment to understand that Trump is with in normal or maybe even below leverage.

CNN has their opinion an FOX has the news. Trump team vows more lawsuits in key states, as top Republicans mum on projected Biden win

You realize that list is a huge fail. The reason it lists military voters is that even though they move, they are not required to change their residence -- as an example, the entire time I was in the military, my legal "residence" was Oklahoma, though I was never stationed in Oklahoma. In this case, at least one person has spoken up, the wife of a military officer who is currently stationed in California. They have legally remained legal residents of Nevada, as they are entitled to do.

As the article points out, there are 170 ZIP codes that belong to military bases -- and that isn't 170 ballots, that will likely be multiple ballots for many of those ZIP Codes. I would suspect that none of those ballots, which almost have to be from military families, will prove to be fraudulent -- that they all voted legally.

This list, as I pointed elsewhere, is nothing more than a "Hail Mary" by the campaign -- and they are so desperate they aren't even trying to determine what are legal and what are illegal votes, they just are throwing anything they can hoping something will stick.

This is entirely up to the courts, they will decide.
