You realize that list is a huge fail. The reason it lists military voters is that even though they move, they are not required to change their residence -- as an example, the entire time I was in the military, my legal "residence" was Oklahoma, though I was never stationed in Oklahoma. In this case, at least one person has spoken up, the wife of a military officer who is currently stationed in California. They have legally remained legal residents of Nevada, as they are entitled to do.
As the article points out, there are 170 ZIP codes that belong to military bases -- and that isn't 170 ballots, that will likely be multiple ballots for many of those ZIP Codes. I would suspect that none of those ballots, which almost have to be from military families, will prove to be fraudulent -- that they all voted legally.
This list, as I pointed elsewhere, is nothing more than a "Hail Mary" by the campaign -- and they are so desperate they aren't even trying to determine what are legal and what are illegal votes, they just are throwing anything they can hoping something will stick.
