Mathematical impossibilities may be what trips up Democrat plans

One would think that the Democrats – who “believe in Science” – would be all over this stuff.

The first anomaly is Joe Biden’s missing coattails and Trump’s missing coat.

Trump’s 70 million voters are people who have a specific vision of America. They see it as a nation with a constitutionally limited government, a color-blind melting pot of people all holding fealty to America, and a place for an honestly run free market. They want low taxes, no unnecessary foreign wars, a secure border, energy independence, and high support for Israel combined with low support for the U.N., to name a few things.

These are not people who would split the ticket ...

Elementary logic says if there are coattails, there’s a coat. However, even as the down-ballot races went a bright, rosy red, we’re being asked to believe that those same voters didn’t want Trump. That defies credulity.

What’s much more likely is that those manufacturing fake ballots had limited time in their rush to create thousands of post-election day ballots for Biden. They weren’t going to fill in the dots for every race. ... And that’s what the data show.

Trump himself is a massive anomaly.

And if your "ballot fakers" missed the opportunity to flip the senate...then I'm gonna be really upset with them!

No. The OP reasoning is garbage.

No, that data does not show that. Unless you can point to some districts with significantly more votes in the presidential race compared to the down-ballot contests?

Really?

That's your explanation for why Trump is doing poorly while Republicans as a whole are doing well? The conspirators had the time, energy, and patience to set up the most elaborate, intricate, complicated plans in American history, collecting and manipulating hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of ballots, but they didn't have the time to just fill in a few extra dots?

You guys live in a fantasy land, and I get the impression you'll be staying there for the next four years.

Have fun.

Correct, what the data shows is that there were people willing to vote Republican locally that rejected Trump as their candidate for President.

Evidence that it was fraud would be if there was a statistically significant amount more votes for the Presidential race than down ballot race in comparison to previous years.

The AmericanThinker is targeting an audience that doesn't actually adhere to the 2nd half of their name.

To be fair, the data just shows that Biden got more votes than down-ballot Democrats. Lacking further data though, immediately assuming fraud is unreasonable.

I didn't see that it showed that the Presidential candidate got significantly more votes than down ballot candidates compared to other years. (i.e. that fake ballots with only Biden were added to the mix).

That people voted mixed party (i.e. Biden and down ballot Republicans, for example) isn't evidence of fraud.

But seriously, if you're the Democrats and are going to commit fraud to steal the election, why wouldn't you try to influence the House/Senate races as well? The claims seem to be that a) that the Democrats stole the Presidency but didn't care about the House and Senate and b) that the Democrats always steal elections, but forgot in 2016.

You don't know that.

You are aware that there are conservative voters, regular Republican voters that don't like Trump, right? [I know some of them.]

Suppose, for a moment, that you were a conservative [here I'd have to imagine] that didn't like Trump [here you'd have to imagine].

It's 2016, you don't like Hillary. If you can't stand Trump maybe you vote for someone else [I know this happened.] a third party or a write-in. If your just uncertain about Trump, you might give him a chance and your vote. In either case you still vote for other Republicans on the ballot.

Now it's 2020, you've seen Trump in office and you don't like what you've seen [again, you need to use your imagination here] and you know you can't vote for Trump. You're uncomfortable with the other Democrats, but Biden seems to be a good man and isn't a super-lefty. So you vote for Biden (or stick with your third party option) and then vote for the rest of the Republicans on the ballot.

It's really not that hard to understand.

Trump had the most stable non-favorable ratings of just about any pres ever.

Add to that, the Libertarian candidate appears to have been a spoiler against Trump in key swing states AZ and GA.... and perhaps others which I havent looked into yet.

Which isn't what I said. Biden did receive more votes than down-ballot Democrats - or Trump received fewer votes than down-ballot Republicans. We know this because Biden won his election, while overall, Democrats lost seats in Congress and state legislatures. However, the data (at least the data that I've seen) does not reveal the source of the disparity. I agree that it's far (far, far) more likely that the disparity is due to people voting for Biden (or 3rd-party candidates) in the presidential race and Republicans down-ballot, but without seeing the vote tallies, I can't make any declaration about the data showing that. Just as Albion can't make any declaration that the data shows fraud.

That people voted mixed party (i.e. Biden and down ballot Republicans, for example) isn't evidence of fraud.
Certainly not.

I don't think it's impossible. Many people prefer a mixed government - less gets done that way and is better for the national debt.

If I was someone who felt a mixed government was the way to go this year, then it would be Biden I would vote for because he is a less controversial figure (i.e. the media won't be acting out in 100% rabid dog mode 100% of the time)

So it's possible, mainly for people more likely to be voting 3rd party in a normal election, to do this split.

But I don't think the Senate is assured is it? Do republicans know they have control?

I guess I'm going to have to watch the news...

This election was stolen from Kanye.
He got more votes in Tennessee than any other state> But who got the Electoral votes? Trump. How unfair. Or, maybe it's fraud. Yes... fraud... that must be it.His wife takes off her clothes and breaks the internet, but a Black Republican can't get non-zero Electoral votes. It is a mathematical impossibility!

...Ted Nugent...
Talk about a guilty pleasure.

I think The Nuge flat out rocks. His git playing always had that perfect white boy funk rock pocket. Like Joe Walsh but more rock. Plus he's an encyclopedia of early rock knowledge and experience.
