Pennsylvania Election Results Updates: Counting Continues In Philadelphia, Suburbs

Election results update: Biden takes slight lead in Georgia as Trump's edge in Pennsylvania dwindles

It's just a matter of time and math, but Biden should shift ahead in Pennsylvania and lock up the election today.

I'm sure Trump and his people will file some baseless claims in court that will be promptly tossed out like rubbish, and there will be some back-and-forth before it's official, but we'll know today that Biden has won the election, whether officially or unofficially.
I noticed to my surprise an hour or more back that Penn is reporting a Biden lead. It looked a couple of days back Biden was pretty sure to win having gotten Mich and Wis, and also Arizona and Nevada leads, but since Penn also is showing he pulled ahead, that's pretty final. And Georgia pulled even? wow.

It's only a conspiracy until it isn't. My job isn't to investigate, that burden falls on others.
Which means it's only a conspiracy.

Honestly I have paid almost zero attention to the cheating allegations. Is there a chance that he may have cheated? If you know the human heart it would be foolish to rule this out. Would he have won without cheating? Possibly

I don't trust either side or the media. None of them regard God in how they go about doing politics. Its unfortunate that I see the government as being very untrustworthy but I do not serve the government. I serve the Lord and I fully trust his word

It's not actually possible to cheat in U.S. elections ballots and get away with it in most states, almost all I think, on the basis of actual ways they can check and verify the validity of ballots long after the election.

Most anything can be detected and and any actual cheating that is real (instead of just rumor or empty claims or false conspiracy theories) can be easily proven in a way that all sides would agree to, in most states.

Here's why --

Ballots can be (and often are) *Checked*, *Verified* in post Election Audits

There is more money in winking and nodding. In banking and accounting audits, the auditors are not looking for evidence of fraud (unless it is a forensic investigation which is rare) but whether or not standard practices were employed.

Usually in large corporations an auditor will look over the books for free... until he finds the lost money. Then that money is split between the company and himself.

Which can be a rather large chunk of change. It's not exactly a noble profession but it's a decent living.

And fraudulent numbers really get the reward money going. (Trying to recall what the reward rules are generally speaking...it was a multiple up to certain amounts and then switched to percentages.... been too long)

Yeah, kind of weird that, isn’t it? You’d think, if the democrats were going to rig an election, they would do it so they would take over the Senate and not lose seats in Congress, but that doesn’t look like the case.

So they were competent enough at cheating to vote Trump out, but not do anything else in their favor. How does that work?

Not only that, if Democrats are so good at stealing elections, why didn't they steal the election from Trump in 2016? The swing states were just as close in 2016 as they are this year -- seems those same states would have found a way to prevent Trump from ever becoming President.

And why didn’t we steal the senate? Heck, I would probably trade the senate for a second Trump term.

If Biden wins this...
I guarantee that he will leave such a bad taste in everyone's mouth (the Blue dog Democrats excluded) that it will be a Loooong time before another Democrat sees office.
I heard the exact same about Obama.

And Clinton.

I was wrong about Clinton...
Didn't make the same mistake about Obama.

But Joe Biden can't relax and get what he wants to say out clearly enough.

His speeches don't have enough energy or passion.

Reagan should have been the big clue...
We elect actors anymore instead of leaders.

JFK debate with Nixon was the clue but Reagan clinched it...

I’ve had enough energy in the past four years to last a lifetime. I look forward to politics being boring again.

Ah, I see what you are saying, but that sort of audit is not the usual kind. Companies should have their own internal auditors but that is not required. Publicly traded companies, non-profits and charities have to be audited by certified public accountants. What you’re talking about is a privately commissioned audit where fraud is suspected.

A leader is usually passionate about the things they wish to accomplish...Trump certainly was. Reagan was...

Joe wants to reign...huge difference.

No not really...
These guys are CPA's but without a regular job or office...or wanting one. I've known a few. They are rather "less industrious" than many of their peers. (Best way to say it without getting insulting)

And companies do have internal auditors...but they really don't have the fresh set of eyes outsiders do. Which is why it became a profession to begin with.

That is very simple and easy to explain. They didn't think Trump would win in 2016. Very few people did back then. So they had not made any preparations to steal the 2016 election. If you're going to steal an election with fraudulent, fabricated ballots, you need to start preparing months beforehand. Only one problem though, after his 2016 win, Trump knew they would try to steal the 2020 election, so he put in place countermeasures. When the time is right, those countermeasures will be revealed, and the voting fraud will be exposed. Until that time comes, Trump just waits, and watches while they incriminate themselves by declaring results based on fabricated ballots.
