yes you are:

Heb 12:24

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

There are five other times that the word "mediator appears and they are all the same word:
μεσίτης
Transliteration
mesitēs μέσος (G3319)
Greek Inflections of μεσίτης μεσίτῃ — 1x
μεσίτης — 4x
μεσίτου — 1x
Dictionary Aids
Vine's Expository Dictionary: mediator (6x).
Outline of Biblical Usage G3319; a go-between, i.e. (simply) an internunciator, or (by implication) a reconciler (intercessor):—mediator.

Do you think that God was having some off days when He inspired the use of this word to three different authors???

Did He make a mistake and had to wait until mikgal1 came along to figure out where He went wrong? that is what you are implying!
I have no problem with those definitions for "mediator" in the New Testament. In fact....this is how I described a mediator of God's covenants:

"an internunciator"
Which is defined by agapeGreek as:

The word “ internunciator” carries a meaning of someone who speaks on the behalf of someone else (just as I posted earlier).

ETA: from Hebrews 1:1
God spoke to our fathers through the prophets (not "negotiated")
However....covenants, as I've said a few times, were an ancient Hebrew practice. Job mentions not having a mediator....and, while that's the only instance I can find in the Old Testament, that doesn't mean that Noah, Abraham, Moses, and King David were not mediators that interceded and stood in the gap between God and humanity. Their actions demonstrate that fact.

מֹוכִ֑יחַ
(mo·v·chi·ach)
Is used in Job 9:33

Nor is there a mediator between us, to lay his hand upon us both.

Already knew all this. No need for you to be rude!
I'm not sure how merely sharing information to someone that argues against such information (as if they've never read of it) is "rude"?

If you only knew the amount of ancient Hebrew Culture I have learned you wouldn't sound so arrogant!
I'm sorry if my comment sounded arrogant. TBH though, if a person actually views Scripture through the contextual lens of ancient Hebrew culture, they come to different conclusions than what futurists arrive at.

If you posted the answer to my question I may have missed it. Could you please cite theh post # of yours so I can see your answer?

YOu keep saying the covenant is fulfilled and I keep asking when did these provisions of the Covenannt as declared by God get fulfilled?
I'm not going to dig through posts right now (my post about Jesus being a "new Moses" actually answers that question).

ISTM it's a contradiction for one to agree that Jesus is now the mediator of the New Covenant but also argue that there's not fulfillment of the New Covenant. I've asked for the way that's reconciled with no response.

I have been asking YOU how the verses you post show physically teh fuflilment of the New Covenant posted here again:

JER. 31:
31 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
I will indulge you with this much.

Paul wrote this was fulfilled in his day:

2 Corinthians 3:6
  • ....who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
......and the author of Hebrews wrote:

Hebrews 9:15
And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
.......and Luke wrote:

Acts 13:23
And it is one of King David’s descendants, Jesus, who is God’s promised Savior of Israel!

Your argument was that Noah, Abraham, Moses, and King David were never called mediators. That is why I shared info about covenants and related terms.

So the House of Israel and Judah (all Jews that is what house means BTW)

Have you ever read Acts chapter 2?

Act 2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:
Act 2:15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.
Act 2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;
Act 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
Act 2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Act 2:19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
Act 2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
Act 2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Act 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:
Act 2:23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
Act 2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.
Act 2:25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:
Act 2:26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:
Act 2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
Act 2:28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
Act 2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
Act 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
Act 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
Act 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
Act 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
Act 2:34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
Act 2:35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
Act 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.
Act 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Act 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.
Act 2:40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.
Act 2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Why do you keep trying to ignore Romans 9:6-8, and Romans 9:27, in an attempt to save every Jew, including those who reject God's Son?

Have you ever read Romans 2:28-29, and Romans 11:1-5, and 1 John 2:22-23, and 2 John 1:7-11?

BABerean2 is right. This was fulfilled with God's faithful remnant. Jesus and Paul made it clear that only faithful Israel inherit the promise:

Romans 9:6
Well then, has God failed to fulfill his promise to Israel? No, for not all who are born into the nation of Israel are truly members of God’s people!

Ephesians 3:6
This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.

John 8:39
Our father is Abraham!” they declared. “No,” Jesus replied, “for if you were really the children of Abraham, you would follow his example.

Hebrews 8:6-13
King James Version

6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

Can you explain why the author of the Book of Hebrews quoted Jeremiah 31:31-34 word-for-word in the passage below.
The text in all Capital letters was quoted directly from Jeremiah 31:31-34.

Heb 8:6 But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises.
Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
Heb 8:8 Because finding fault with them, He says: "BEHOLD, THE DAYS ARE COMING, SAYS THE LORD, WHEN I WILL MAKE A NEW COVENANT WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AND WITH THE HOUSE OF JUDAH—
Heb 8:9 NOT ACCORDING TO THE COVENANT THAT I MADE WITH THEIR FATHERS IN THE DAY WHEN I TOOK THEM BY THE HAND TO LEAD THEM OUT OF THE LAND OF EGYPT; BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CONTINUE IN MY COVENANT, AND I DISREGARDED THEM, SAYS THE LORD.
Heb 8:10 FOR THIS IS THE COVENANT THAT I WILL MAKE WITH THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL AFTER THOSE DAYS, SAYS THE LORD: I WILL PUT MY LAWS IN THEIR MIND AND WRITE THEM ON THEIR HEARTS; AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.
Heb 8:11 NONE OF THEM SHALL TEACH HIS NEIGHBOR, AND NONE HIS BROTHER, SAYING, 'KNOW THE LORD,' FOR ALL SHALL KNOW ME, FROM THE LEAST OF THEM TO THE GREATEST OF THEM.
Heb 8:12 FOR I WILL BE MERCIFUL TO THEIR UNRIGHTEOUSNESS, AND THEIR SINS AND THEIR LAWLESS DEEDS I WILL REMEMBER NO MORE."
Heb 8:13 In that He says, "A NEW COVENANT," He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

What would an unbiased witness say about verses 6 and 13?

About 3,000 Jews were saved on the Day of Pentecost, when Peter addressed the crowd as "all the house of Israel". By what covenant were they saved?

The Apostle Paul was a Jew. By what covenant was Paul saved?

.....I've since been looking for articles about Jesus being "the new Moses". I do believe that 7 year cycle has great significance in Jesus's ministry (obviously it's known that i believe it relates to Daniel's 70th week...26/27 to AD-34 AD).....however, I believe it has to do with His promised everlasting covenant. The New Covenant.
Go to Ezekiel 39:21-22 and think about who is speaking in those verses and the remainder of Ezekiel 39.

21 And I will set my glory among the heathen, and all the heathen shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

22 So the house of Israel shall know that I am the LORD their God from that day and forward.

The Jews currently do not believe that Jesus is God. But once He returns, they will. Jesus is going to rule the heathen will a rod of iron.

Therefore it is just a simple matter of backtracking the 7 years in Ezekiel 39, to know the confirming of the covenant for 7 years by the great opposer to Jesus, begins right after the destruction of Gog's army.

Context.

Acts 2 - the Holy Spirit breathed new life into the "dry bones" of the House of Israel and Judah in 30 AD.

The context of Ezekiel 39:21-22 is after the Gog/Magog event. Gog/Magog takes place in the latter years, latter days, Ezekiel 38:8, Ezekiel 38:16.

In the last days before the temple and city would be destroyed, and the Jews forced into the nations.

Ezekiel 38/39 is in the latter years and latter days after the Jews have come out of the nations, back into the land of Israel.

You never did acknowledge who is speaking in Ezekiel 39:21-22.

Jesus is speaking. Jesus is God. Do you not agree?
Agreed.

John 1:1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
......which was largely the point of Jesus's ministry....to confirm - through a human - what God had promised. Jesus....the second Adam.
