"Overall, the authors estimate that the Biden agenda, if fully implemented, would reduce full-time equivalent employment per person by about 3%, the capital stock per person by some 15%, and real GDP per capita by more than 8%. Compared to Congressional Budget Office estimates for these variables in 2030, this means there would be 4.9 million fewer working Americans, $2.6 trillion less in GDP, and $6,500 less in median household income."

Do you have a problem with the Hover Institute and The Wall Street Journal. They are the source of the data. It is rich that you try to kill the messenger when the MSM is so obviously in the tank for Biden and is about as biased as it can possibly be against Trump.

The only article you quoted is from The Washington Sentinel, which is an extremely questionable source, mere propaganda, and I gave the website which evaluates media across the globe.

The Washington Sentinel - Media Bias/Fact Check

I failed to find CNN or MSN on the list. My guess is that the site listing sites should be also considered questionable.

They also listed church militant and they mostly report on the inner workings of the catholic church. They aren't known for being fake news.

The article is speculative, not proven factual.

Median income rose during the Obama - Biden administration.

Many jobs have been lost during Trump’s administration with unemployment close to 8%.

I wouldn't put much faith in that media bias site or whatever it is called. They were debunked long ago. Here's a good old article about them that shows its an opinion site only.

What an industry now we have to fact check the fact checkers.

What amazes me is that fact checker sites just look to other sites that support their views as fact. Nobody actually checks anything. They don't investigate, they don't interview, they don't check anything. They don't even get up out of their chair.

Do you have a problem with the Hover Institute and The Wall Street Journal.

Oooh, oooh, I do. Pick me!

The Hoover Institute study:

Makes some questionable assumptions about both energy supply and energy infrastructure costs, their cost per mWh for renewables over the next 10 years seems to be both static and two thirds above the EIA's estimate.

Their cost of carbon is absurdly high (a claimed marginal cost of ~$116 per ton for 2012-16), against a market that has averaged under ~20 per ton for the last three years.

Makes some errors about US tax policy, like ignoring tax increases that are already included in from 2026 onwards under the Trump tax cut. The assessment about the negative impact of raising the corporate tax rate seems to be at the extreme end of the range and better than double other estimates.

Understates the economic impact of increased government spending from the ~3 trillion in additional tax revenue.

Underestimates the impact of tariffs imposed under Trump (estimate of just -0.1% of GDP out to 2030, against other estimates of -0.4% to -0.6%).

Here's the thing - I actually like the Hoover Institute. At least parts of it (the weird Anglo-American neo imperialism stuff leaves me cold). I've gone to talks from their senior fellows. I have books written by their members (M D Bordo, Kissinger, Rice et al).

However, in true think tank style, they do have a tendency to come up with an answer first, and then work backwards with their working an massage the facts until they fall in place.
