Gravity is measurable and observable. Evolution is a hodge podge of conflicting ideas that cannot be reconciled with what is observed.
False.
Evolution as a theory is flawed.
False.
To call it fact is intellectually dishonest. Some of the greatest scientists have pointed out the flaws.
Really? Name them. Which "greatest scientists" have "pointed out these flaws? Ken Ham? Kent Hovind? Walter Brown? Those "greatest scientists"?
When I've raised these points, most of the evolutionists I've spoken to resort to attacking the scientists who raises objections.
Because they're usually not working scientists or aren't scientists in relevant fields. This is a very common creationist tactic. Quote something that a "doctor" said, only to find out the "doctor" was a dentist just making stuff up.
There are always arguments and counter arguments, I accept that. But to say that evolution is proven is wrong.
To a creationist. No one else in the world seems to think that.

That's some AiG levels of conflating things. Like mentioned before, when you claim that evolution is not real, but start to talk about abiogenesis, that tells all you need to know about how much actual substance there is to your arguement.

I'm not very well versed on the current status in Europe so I can't generally identify the sources of the recent growth in Europe.
The recent growth of coronavirus cases in Europe is caused by the same one we are experiencing here in the US, the push to "open up the country" and let everything get back back to "normal".

Obviously some scientists disagree with me. Others are in 100% agreement.

A vanishingly small number agree with you.

I was happy when evolution was taught as a theory. I did not accept it. Now it is taught as fact and that is false.

This would be why we should not follow your claims of what is scientific. Now, back to our topic of medical science.

Bill Gates criticized Scott Atlas for recommending herd immunity. Mass gatherings without distancing and face masks are spreading COVID, lung damage, death, hospitals filled to capacity and increasing health insurance expenses.

Bill Gates blasts Trump's COVID adviser Dr. Scott Atlas as a 'pseudo-expert' who is 'off-the-rails' | Daily Mail Online
Without a vaccine herd immunity is what will be the long game however the short game is to keep the numbers down so hospitals are not overwhelmed and other medical prorities can move back to first fiddle.

I don't pretend to have an expert opinion on this. I'm merely one who asks questions. What if herd immunity truly is one of the main things that will get us through this? Help me to understand. Is not Europe's numbers going back up again, ever after long lock downs? Doesn't that mean if you try to run from the virus (figuratively speaking) shutting things down....YES numbers starting trending down.....you think you've got success....open back up and here it comes again. What if there's really no avoiding everyone from getting it and how many times do you keep destroying the economy hurting untold millions of people in the process?
How does everyone wearing masks and social distancing equal “destroying the economy” or “shutting things down?” Other than not gathering in large groups indoors , businesses are open and can remain open. But only 50% of Americans are wearing masks, and a lot of people are still gathering in homes without masks or social distancing. That is what needs to change, and it won’t hurt the economy.

The problem with that is this is a virus that has the immunity eventually wear off . There is never going to be herd immunity because you won’t stay immune.

Well what adds to this whole thing is also people getting reinfected. Luckily so far it's rare and I've heard of only a few cases. Can't remember the exact circumstances around those cases.

Does this make Gates wrong in his remark?
It was a joke. Virus? Windows? Susceptible? Built in weakness that allows viruses to flourish? Mr Gates knows all about that.

He has enough money to throw at any problem he chooses to help with. I don't know if herd immunity is a thing because it's too early to know. It's not been tried. Worst case is that 100% of the population get it and a percentage die. Personally I think Australia has done well to contain the virus. I'd rather not be a guinea pig in a herd immunity trial.

Funny, evolutionists assume that unless an individual is devoted to the field, they are disqualified from having any worthwhile contribution. That idea is patently false. So no, Mr Gates is intelligent enough to form an opinion. I don't know if he's right. I do not believe that we know enough about the virus to judge as yet.

I agree. One can have an informed opinion in a subject matter without practicing, as a vocation, or without having any degree, in the subject matter. However, people practicing in the subject matter as a vocation, have a degree and practiced as a vocation, teach it, do research, have an inherent advantage, they have a wider base of knowledge, including the nuance. And by “practice” of course I mean they work in the field daily and gain knowledge and expertise from this practice.

For instance, there are many fields of law to practice. Family, criminal, corporate, contracts, real estate, torts, personal injury, con law, are to name a few areas. One can certainly study in those areas and have an informed opinion on some question in a specific field but the person who lives it, drinks it, practices it daily has an advantage, they very likely know the nuances.

Scott Atlas is no epidemiologist, he’s no a virologist, immunologist, or infectious disease doctor. He can have an informed opinion but I’ve never read a cogent rebuttal from him towards those epidemiologist, virologists, immunologists, and infectious disease doctors/scientists who have criticized his views.

I do not believe that we know enough about the virus to judge as yet.

Well, depends what claim about covid is being evaluated right?

In particular the claim that there will never be "herd immunity". I'm not sure that I like being compared with a cow, but that's just me.

I'd say Australia has handled this is the most authoritarian, dytopian way possible.

This virus isn't the mass casualty event it was billed as being in February/March. This is, at this stage, a severe flu. And none of these radical steps taken were worth it, in retrospect.

Yeah, sure. Speaking as a Mebournian who went through the lockdown, you are as wrong as any human has ever been, on any topic, ever.

Rubbish. Yet another person that wants another 200000 Americans sacrificed to Mammon...and has less understanding of virology than my pet parrot.
