My devotional for today is about suffering.

James 1:2 says when troubles come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy for you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance is fully developed you will be perfect and complete and NEEDING NOTHING. If you need wisdom, ask God but only when your faith is in God alone otherwise your divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave on the sea blown and tossed by the wind. Such people shouldn't expect to receive anything from God.

Even Jesus suffered but I noticed today in my reading that when Jesus prayed for the desire of his heart, he said your will be done, not mine. (Mark 14:36)

You Will never be free of pain, unless you let go of all sin, and sinful thoughts and start thinking of God, and set him above wordly things. And of course praise him, in sound.

This is not easy of course, because we are used to and likely like many things, like certain music, etc.

Hold your thoughts captive in Christ, and all the Glory to God.
but what was the Job's sin their bad friends were accusing about?

We aren't entitled to "fancy" lives, we aren't entitled to good health, we aren't entitled to anything. That other people may have these things is no cause for us to be upset. God specifically condemns covetousness in the 10th commandment. We are to be content with the portion God has given us, regardless of what it is.
can we ask for less suffering at the same price?

Absolutely we can pray for mercy. However if we look at others and are jealous of what they have we cannot be surprised when God does not bless our sin.

but the dynamic is not
god: how you did? bad? i punish you
god: how you did behave? good? take your gift
I didn't say anything of the sort. I said we cannot expect God to bless our prayers when they are full of the sin of covetousness.

Keep going until death? If we sons of God have to suffer, we are just half-dead walking through the narrow path. Why other believers have fancy lives, and they are such sinners like us?

I understand God is sovereign, but if we lift our voice, something can change!

Blessings in Christ Jesus! There are seasons for all things under the sun. On our journey there are also seasons, but they do not go on forever. Do you remember the Apostle Paul when he said that he learned to be content in plenty and in want? How did he learn to be content in want? He had to have a season of want. These seasons The Lord has us go through is to grow us up in Him and to burn off the dross. It is in these seasons that our faith grows, and we move closer to The Lord and away from the world. I remember long ago when I was in that season, I had nothing to eat and no money to buy food. And The Lord said to me," take your fishing rod and this lure, and go down to the pond to fish." So I did so. On the first cast, a huge fish took my lure(the one The Lord picked) and that was what I and one other ate that night.
When The Lord sent out the disiples two by two He told them not to take any thing with them "as a worker deserves his wages". What this means is that The Lord Himself would provide everything they need where ever they went. So it is with us as well. Take His promises and stand on them, for He is faithful to perform them. It is true what someone said, about praising The Lord in the mist of this. You have the gift of faith, so it is time to use it, by standing on His promises. Tonight I will pray for you and your situation, and watch how something comes out of nothing. On the pain part, in time He takes all of our pain, and replaces it with Himself which in it's season turns to joy unspeakable and a peace that surpasses understanding. Have a good night and stay safe.

For example, if you haven't economic problems, you are far from steal, but if you live hungrily, the temptation to rob a bread is higher, and nobody will save you from jail, not even God.

It should not be necessary to be in that situation because Jesus said in Matthew 6 v 31 - 33 (NIV), "So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." There is a condition of putting His kingdom as the first priority in life, but if we do He will provide for our needs; He has said so.

I believe God created a wonderful world for us to enjoy: read Genesis Chapter 1 and pause every time it says 'and God saw that it was good'. That was what the Lord created for us - no problems, no sin, no suffering. However mankind and Satan messed it up, so we do have problems in this life (but not in the next, if we are saved: that will be glorious), but nothing which God is not allowing and that we cannot handle with Him. Sometimes He removes the problem; at other times we have to go through it but don't fall into the error of thinking that it will last forever.

If you have accepted Jesus as your Saviour and are living for Him then ask God for your financial needs to be met, and believe those verses in Matthew. [If you are not saved then ask the Lord to forgive you your sins, believe that Jesus died to take the punishment for them in your place, personally accept Him as your Saviour and give your life to live for Him. Then ask Him to meet your needs. :)]

God bless my friend; it may help to read Psalm 37 as well. :)

i have no authority to ask nothing from god, he worked hart, he was a carpenter, I hardly work and I want to leave my job,

but I appeal to his mercy. God, give me what I need and I want if that doesn't go against you.

I can see how a tough financial situation can be painful, not entirely physically but it can be tiring, frustrating and exhausting mentally when your in a tight bind. Now it's easy to look at others and compare lives, see who has it better but I was taught from young that we never really know what people go through internally and behind closed doors. They might look like they have it all together on the outside but deep down inside you never really know if they are even happy. Always remember that somebody in life has it worse then you. So we should first be grateful even if things aren't perfect.

At the end of your post you said "if we call out to Him something can change!" And Amen I absolutely believe that, trust that He listens to your cry and knows exactly what it is you feel and what it is you need. Have faith & patience my friend I believe God is working on your behalf, don't be discouraged, He will come through for you.

I think that is the right thing: to not want to go against God's will. Perhaps ask the Lord to lead you to what He wants you to do, and see what happens. :)

First of all it is a spirit that causes this. We don't have people around that cast them out these days. So you may need a mild anxiety medicine, it will help. When you decide to join with Christ, you must give up your life in this world. Live your life as a living sacrifice and live for others. In other words, helping others, sometimes sacrificing your own comfort to help someone else. Jesus is the head and we are the body. The body is doing what the head is doing.

Sure but there are some things that if you give up in this world, you give up forever.
If you'd like to be married or have children, and your circumstances in this world, don't work toward that, and you give up on that to live for Jesus, then you will NEVER get married and you will NEVER have children.
That is not a temporary sacrifice of your desires it is a permanent one.
That's the difficult one, to not have a fear of missing out on THOSE things which are joyful things, but ONLY possible in this life.
You might say it's no big deal, but imagine if you were to forever never meet your son or daughter because they would never exist.
and I don't know what'd be less painful and disappointing for a person who was single for life, that God never intended you to have anyone, or that God had someone in mind and you just blew it with a choice you made.
One begs the question "why did you want me to be lonely Jesus?" and the other just makes you regret every decision you ever made that might have prevented a blessing from God like that.
Money, material possessions, none of that matters, but people and relationships do matter.
To be denied those people and relationships, definitely does not strengthen the most important relationship, if anything it can strain it.
like I said, as a result, I have less things to be thankful for, and less fulfillment, and it is a permanent, enduring thing.

The nature of God is one of charity. With an easy life, altruism has no power. Our hearts will not grow. This earth is satan kingdom, God bless us in an eternal way full of joy. Not one of happiness, that is for the people with an heart in hearthly things who doesnt know the truth of the Lord Jesus Christ. The bitter is the seed of our faith, the sweeter its fruits will be.

He let others defeat me
He put me on my knees
In front of my adversaries,
For what reason?
I don't want to know
I want to be happy
And living on this earth
I will never get that.

Maybe it is like this so that we can see it...and grasp the beauty...In it...

To abide in domains that only we can bear.
