No, this was not stated, but I like to assume the best.... would you prefer that I assume that she wanted money and nice working environments but still tried to hinder the companies ability to provide it?

I thought it better to assume that she desired all to volunteer so that more money could go to help for cancer.

That doesn't mean all the resources went to employment. As I noted, a lot goes to marketing and the majority is wasteful. She may have seen similar practices that inspired her post. Without inquiring you'll never know. :)

Non-profit executives have no skin in the game. That isn't their money they're wasting.
