"350 corporations" is as much a mark of failure (and deceit) as success.

Name one other person who has run 350 corporations domestically and internationally that you would consider a failure.

Not sure how it is deceitful, he filed the forms stepping down from them publicly and then filed them legally.

From 2016 - speaks of the Presidents 500 companies in 25 nations.

How exactly is that a failure? You are entitled to your opinion, however the facts do not bear it out.

Nobody has time for 350 companies unless they blink out in failure (or fraud like Trump U), or they are nothing shell corps for tax games.

He has voluntarily done the following to avoid conflict of interest:
  1. Separating and isolating himself from the business
  2. Both his investment and business assets to a trust
    1. Relinquished all leadership and management authority to his sons and a third individual.
    2. All business decision will be made without any input from Mr. Trump.
    3. Appointed an ethics adviser appointed who must vet and approve all new business deals
    4. Resignation from all business and board positions held
    5. Ivanka it totally out of the business
    6. Has already disposed of all investments and publicly held stocks that were able to be liquidated
    7. The proceeds of the sales were placed in a government approved portfolio.
    8. All business assets including buildings were placed in trust.
  3. All pending business deals have been terminated -
  4. There will be no new foreign deals
  5. Domestic deals must be vetted and approved by ethics council before completing.
  6. Trump is sharply limited in information he is allowed to see.
  7. All profits from foreign governments for use of his hotels will be donated to the US treasury

We forget so easily.

(CNN)With 13 days left before Election Day, President Donald Trump remains a decided underdog to win a second term in office.

While Trump proved that anything is possible when he won the presidency four years ago, every sign this time -- polls, money, message -- indicates he is likely headed toward a defeat.
Which then raises an interesting question: What will Trump do next?
And by that, I don't mean will Trump concede defeat and hand over power to former Vice President Joe Biden gracefully. We know -- if you take Trump at his word -- he has no plans to do anything of the sort. He has already laid the groundwork to claim the election was "rigged" against him and to avoid ever actually admitting he lost.
What I mean is, what will Trump's next career move be? And I think I know the answer.

Isn't CNN supposed to be news. I know I know, that's actually not true but this is just mudslinging. Blah.

I've no idea mate, but you think things have improved under Trump? Check the numbers.

Why are you asking me to think about something that you know nothing about?

And where did you get the idea that I thought that things improved under Trump?

Why do you guys talk about his 500 companies as if they’re 500 distinct endeavors. They mostly only exist on paper - he set up at least two corporations for each possible business venture and most of them never produced anything. Licensing your name to two different hotels isn’t “running four different companies”, yet that’s exactly what your portrayal suggests.

Of course, this is the sort of game many people with inherited wealth and no real business acumen engage in. Create a bunch of paper companies that involve very little real assets to use as tax shelters.

Trump is primarily an entertainer and celebrity, not an entrepreneur. They keep having to dodge that reality and invent a fake back story for him, because they don't want to admit that Americans voted for a man merely because he was perceived as being entertaining, and they got punked. The real power brokers behind this shell game are the vast international capitalist elites of the oil, gas, banking, and military arms industries that stand to benefit from the chaos that Trump will inevitably cause.

OK in skimming the article I think it boiled down what common sense would dictate based on his actual past, namely making money, and getting more involved in media and politics. Which reminds me of that line from Star Wars, "Strike me down and I will become more powerful than you can ever imagine!"

Trump, at best, will be just another has been celebrity. Dancing With the Stars might take him if his heel spurs allow it.
