No, it really isn't. That part of Mauritania is not in front of The Pillars of Hercules.

It's not part of an island which was submerged by earthquake and tsunami. Also, the inner "island" was not a mountain as described by Plato.

Scepticism is appropriate when it comes to claims for the discovery of Atlantis - superficially plausible ideas for its location appear regularly, but they generally pick the features that match, however vaguely, the ancient writings, and ignore the rest. I'd be inclined to reserve judgement - does the geographic history match the Atlantean myth? Were there really well-established civilisations in the pre-pottery Neolithic era? The oldest monoliths known, at Göbekli Tepe in Turkey, are around this age, and are thought to be pre-agricultural...
