Biden really doesn't need to do much at this point, most people have already made up their minds on who their going to vote for, and tens of millions have already voted. Trump is his own worst enemy and the more he talks, the more people he turns off. For one example; repeatedly insulting Dr. Fauci, the country's leading infectious disease expert who is well respected and has served under six presidents, during the middle of a pandemic doesn't help him any. If anything, talk like that will likely throw some of those few remaining undecided voters into Biden's camp.

I read that only about 1.5% of voters are really "undecided" at this point. So Biden's safest strategy is probably to say a little as possible. He is prone to gaffs, so why risk speaking?

Better than creating superspreader crowds every day when covid cases are rising all over the country. People are still dying and our economy keeps suffering as well.

I'm puzzled why more people arent pointing out that Biden may have dementia.

Dr explained progression not as a slope but good days mixed in with the bad days.

He's been having these mixups since he was Vice President. It's sad for anyone who has it. He is already talking about the Harris administration and so is she.

I think for many people they really don't care if Biden has dementia or not. They are voting against Trump; whether it is Biden or Harris doesn't matter to them.

Even if Biden did have dementia, it would still be impossible for him to do a worse job than Trump. Even a demented squirrel could do better.

That’s because Trump is not only running for president but he is also running from the law.

The good news is that all of those countries have lower COVID and COVID death rates than the U.S., which might make them appealing to the Trump family.

The Marshall Islands are a U.S. territory, so that perplexes me. There are a bunch of middle Eastern countries that he might find appealing. Yemen perhaps?

Biden is prepping for the debate. He respects the process. He is anxious to share his platform. Since the debate commission is going to set mute buttons on opposing candidates for the first two minutes of each candidate's segment, we can ignore the interruptions which marred the first debate.

It looks like Biden does not have the energy required to be president. If he needs days to prepare for a debate how is he going to be able to deal with the demands of being president?

Here's a site with transcripts of speeches in various places: Joe Biden Transcripts: Speeches, Press Conferences, Events & More - Rev. He is pretty obviously traveling. A different place every couple of days.

I think the press are covering Trump's appearances more, probably because he says some new ridiculous thing each time. (Or at least something can be portrayed as ridiculous. I think about half of them are humor. The other half aren't though.) However it looks like Trump is going to a different place every day rather than every other day.

Different campaigns by candidates trying to build different images. For Trump it's all about riling up his base. They want to hear Trump, not Pence. Biden wants to restore sanity and cooperation. A lower-key approach, with more different people involved, is appropriate for what he's doing. Biden is certainly not sitting in his basement all the time.

Any other year I would say Biden not campaigning is indicative of someone who doesn't have the stamina to serve as President. This year it's wise for Biden to stay at home for two reasons. 1. He's up 10 and headed towards a blowout win, no need to waste time campaigning. 2. In the middle of a pandemic, albeit grossly overhyped, he can make the argument that rallies are "dangerous" and that by not holding them he is "protecting" voters and communities. I think the argument is ridiculous but there is no doubt that people react to media driven fear and there is a large plurality and maybe even majority that buys the fear. Therefore Biden's argument for not holding rallies may sway voters.
