What evidence have they been confronted with so as they can make an informed statement?

I've heard things like "accusations through the press" being inappropriate. This just seems like one of those times. I don't expect an answer from them until I hear what the FBI I have to say.

Trump supporters wouldn't believe what Joe said anyways, so no point in doing it to keep them happy.
I mean really, are you SERIOUSLY going to believe what Joe says?

I mean, if the FBI came out and said "we have traced these files and found them to be fradulent", no Trump supporter will believe them either. Trump supporters have become more skeptical of the FBI than Trump.

And it seems most Biden supporters see the issue as a huge nothing burger anyways.

I'm behind on this story. How is it known that this computer belonged to hunter to start with?

I thought Biden's spoke person said this was false. And his calendar stated he was elsewhere. I have to say Trump and the conservative right has put Hunter Biden though a lot. And nothing has ever been proven.

How do we know there is an actual computer? I've only seen *images* of a few emails, not the actual emails themselves (with header info), but just an image of a printout of an email.

I don't know anyone who is truly deeply concerned about the former Vice President's adult son or his private life. Some of us are trying to get our own lives back to normal so a couple emails on a laptop and some unflattering photos just aren't a very high priority at this moment. I'm sure there will be plenty of time to open bogus investigations into future President Biden after he's inaugurated.
