Pili and the Fiend

A story about one terrible beauty

Descended from hidden nations

Who took hold of one silly lad

Perhaps, by dark arts or enchantment

From some forgotten history

She gave her otherworldly greeting

A first lesson bequeathed--

Dictating as to who one is to be

And she would go on with her revelating

As if in a realm of lionesses and kings

May one be such a magnificent beast

And not more like a pitiful fiend?

She scorned him, her nose aloft

And even this slight inspired him to rise

Alas, even great heros no longer please to fall

Honorably among their fellows in bloody battle

Deigning instead to be noble knights at court

Vying for her footstool, hearing her regal proddings

Of how to fill a woman, as only true love can

To be appointed to inscribe upon a holy writ

An ancient script of how one lad sprung from

Under the wings of a mighty queen and, in ardour

Set about to get back into a heart he once attacked

A quest through it all--all because a little stable boy

Lacked the proper tact, being that he was a little daft

Sadly, that's when the fun stops and the boring research begins. One muse will only give you one dimension, so you'll need to find more - to do that, you'll need to go to those places of the internet. And listen to gimps say "namaste darlings" and hear them talk about the various stages of a transcendental meditation and "third eye" awakening.
