I'm sure he got it from his irresponsible parents or their friends. No excuses. The president and his wife had so many warning about COVID-19 and had more protections, than all Americans. The parents should be charged with child neglect and harsher crimes. I'm glad his school refused to open. Because if they open many school mates would have got COVID-19. Because of Trumps reckless dangerous behavior.
