The devil is trying to activate fear in you. He planted the seed in your dream and you need to uproot it in God. Use the bible and pray until you have confidence in Christ. There is nothing wrong with getting some help from others too if you think you need it. The reality is that we have authority over Satan, that was given to us by Jesus. You can find all kinds of teachings on this if you google "believer's authority over Satan."

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
James 4:7 ESV /
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Isaiah 59:9 KJV/ So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.
See also Ps 91 and many other scriptures with the promises of God, that are far more powerful and meaningful than some dream from the devil.

Its just a dream. Ignore it and move on.

Hi and welcome to CF,

First of all, devil and hell are not forbidden words.
Secondly it was a dream.

If you are a Christian and trust in Jesus as your Saviour, he overcame the devil and the powers of hell on the cross. If you are his child, you are his child and belong to him.
IF the dream means anything at all, and it might not, maybe you are afraid of something, or maybe you need to be even closer to Jesus than you are now - I don't know.
But the devil can't have you.

Jesus said "my sheep know my voice..they follow me...I (and only Jesus has authority to do this) give them eternal life .NO ONE ( this includes Satan and evil spirits) can pluck them from my hand.""

When I get these fears I find it very helpful to meditate on John 10: 27-30

I used to have tormenting panic attacks over doubting my salvation . My sister didn't know this. On my birthday some years ago she sent me a card with v 28 written inside it. Later I asked her why that scripture and she said "I asked Holy Spirit what to write in your card and He gave me that for you"

Praying for you Kaya7. Remember that the devil was defeated at the cross and, one day at the end of the age, will be locked away forever. Jesus has the final word ALWAYS

Luckily it was just a dream. But, it can give good teaching. And I think the teaching is, Satan will betray you, don’t follow him. Good thing is that God is greater than Satan. If you give your life in God’s hands, you don’t need to worry anything.
