Love

I think we all need to start to ask God what he wants of us. He doesn't care how much money you have in the bank, how many rooms are in your house, or what kind of car you drive. He doesn't care what you take away but only cares about what you give. Racism is a tremendous problem today. I think racists should take a look in the mirror. They are no better than anyone else. Does God want them to hate another race? I think not. Perhaps racists feel better about themselves when they pick on someone else. Well it has been 400 years that we have been picking on black people. That is enough! We have forgotten a very basic philosophy of all religions. We must learn to love one another. Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Unfortunately today money is the most powerful force. We have lost track. I have been giving my whole life. I would not trade my life for another. I am satisfied and happy. I try to give something to someone almost every day. Sometimes it is only kind words. Peace

Most people start the day with saying, "It's almost Friday, I will get my check." They think, "How much money can I make today? " I wake up thinking, "What can I do for someone else today. How can I make this crazy world a better place? " I have no problem with making a lot of money. But in the process people lose something. I think they lose their connection with God. People neglect their spirits in exchange for dollars. They have forgotten how wonderful it is to sit in silence. They never shut off their phones, TVs, or computers. The spirit needs silence and focus to emerge. They also have lost their connections with others. The computer and cell phone give them a license to isolate themselves. Isolation can be deadly. Just look at the suicide rate. These are people who are alone. The negative repetitive thinking patterns they have are poison. Connecting with others is so important.
