He speaks in many ways. If you mean why doesn't he speak literally to us in today's world... I guess its why its called faith. You may not literally hear Him, but He does speak to us. If He literally spoke, then the world would consider it "proof" and many would fake becoming saved just because they knew He was real and thus defeat the point of faith. Those who are strong truly believe without needing Him to literally speak.

This is just not true.
We have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ and that sin and guilt has been washed away.
On account of what Jesus did, we can now boldly approach the Lord on his throne

Heb4v14Therefore having a great high priest having passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, we should hold firmly to our confession. 15For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one having been tempted in all things by the same way, without sin. 16Therefore we should come with boldness to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need.

If you don't grasp hold of these truths, your spiritual life will be crippled with guilt and trying to cover your own sins with a fig leaf like Adam tried in Eden.
We have been redeemed, but what I said is true. Otherwise, you would be able to see God. Let me ask you this, has Jesus's blood taken effect yet? Think about this verse Romans 8:11: "And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.", as well as this verse John 11:25-26: "Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; 26 and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”. If these two verses have been fulfilled then immortal people should currently be walking the earth correct? We know that Jesus didn't lie, but his blood doesn't fully take its effect until God's kingdom is completed on this earth (Luke 22:14-18: When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer. For I tell you, I will not eat it again until it finds fulfillment in the kingdom of God.”After taking the cup, he gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among you. For I tell you I will not drink again from the fruit of the vine until the kingdom of God comes.”) What do you think of these points?

He does, for those with spiritual ears to hear.
If you need a voice in your physical ears, I'd be wary of that, because those who are a bit closer to Earth can make us hear things too.
But if you are truly searching for God, and hearing is what you need to be saved, who knows... ? +

There are different religions, there are atheists, there is unfairness, confusion.I want god or jesus to talk with everyone so he can answer all of our questions.

God has chosen to save souls through faith.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

If God spoke to everyone, that would be proving He exists, and there would be no need to have faith.

But it’s normative for believers to hear Gods voice, once they’ve been saved by faith.

Jesus said His sheep hear His voice, and follow Him.

Scripture says we as believers are adopted as Sons, whereby we cry out ABBA, Father.

That’s not pie in the sky.

Gods Spirit communicates with our spirit, that we are children of God. Romans 8:16

Cessationists, who reject everything to do with Gods power, spiritual gifts, and the Holy Spirit, of course do not experience normative Christianity.

Their version of God is silent, and He went on vacation when the last original apostle died, so He doesn’t speak, or perform miracles.

An astonishing question!
Of course Jesus's blood has taken effect, that's why He cried out "It is finished!"

The power of Jesus's blood always was in force, right back to the garden of Eden when the Lord placed a bloody skin around Adam's shoulders.
The blood of Jesus was in force with Abel's sacrifice.
The blood of Jesus was in force with the first Passover and everyone that followed.

It's interesting how God came into the world and many thousands saw Him prove that He is God by performing miracles which only God could, yet thousands still didn't believe what they saw and heard.

"A wicked generation seeks after a sign, but no sign will be given to them except for the sign of Jonas" In other passages, God said that He would hides Himself from them, lest they repent and are saved. It sounds like God is deliberately, hiding Himself from certain people.

Some say, it's not fair that God hides Himself but another passage of scripture say's "Who are you 'o man to question God" that should stop anyone in their tracks.

But if his blood has taken effect, then Christians should be physically immortal...

That's an interesting thought. However, there is also this to consider. Was the Lord Jesus "physically immortal" prior to His resurrection in His glorified body?

That's being illogical, given the constant reference to the effectiveness of his blood in scripture.
