My dad could have been president at 78. He was still capable of doing everything he needed to do. He didn't really start slowing down until he got to be about 85 ...
Indeed, but would he have been a great candidate in the middle of a pandemic at 78, not knowing the future?

Biden is unquestionably a better choice than Donald, but he is to old and entitled.

Why did the Republicans choose an obese 74 yr old pathological liar, tax cheat, with a history of molesting women?
They have become obsessed with preserving the power of the white man ...

Maybe many want to see a strong military.

In 2001 the US military budget was $314b. In 2016 in the final year of the Obama/Biden administration it was over $600b. The idea that Democrats don’t fund the military is patently absurd.

He would have been much better than Trump, if only because Trump doesn't acre about anybody but himself ... and, BTW, ... "who knows the future ?"

I don't question Biden being a better candidate, but at 78? Seriously Is leader of the free world the province of someone over a decade past retirement age?

I think that it's a miracle that Trump fell ill with COVID 30 days prior to the election ... and, so far, has taken 12 of his Republican entourage with him.

If he recovers from this "fall", and wins a victory in November, then yes, ... I will see it as a miracle.
OK. Well let's see what happens. I for one believe about prayer that God will do good things if his people pray. Some believe prayer has nothing to do with it as as they believe in locked in destinies. I don't. Not in the way that some people think. God says if my people will pray. Nope we don't have to pray God cause Politician A to win or B. Where we can all join in is to ask God and plead with him that the LIFE and LIGHT of God will come forth and push back the forces of darkness. And if Trump does win in Nov you might want to maybe study out a little harder why it could be that God would keep Trump in the Presidency regardless as to whether he is a perfect individual.

Or maybe Antifa and BLM starting rioting again and burning down stuff and occupying cities squares, while you guys talk about "how they are mostly peaceful protests" and don't really seem to give a bleep about the various innocent business owners and residents affected by the "mostly peaceful" riots and anarchy.
Stop spreading fear Pavel! That's just a little hole in the side of the ship. Just because there's water everywhere is no reason to be raising an alarm.

God doesn't "keep Trump in the Presidency" so much as allow Trump to say in the Presidency. Trump allowed a lot of evil national leaders - Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Mussolini, Pol Pot, etc. Trump is just another bad leader.

God is not a genie who answers your "I want" prayers. Your wants have to align with God's Will. "Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done" is the correct way to pray. If you pray for Trump to win the Presidency how does that align with God's Will according to God's Word? It doesn't. So prayers that are not in line with God's Will are meaningless and incorrect, according to what Jesus taught with His example to us on how to pray.

Fraud? Depends on the accounting rules regarding the financial disclosure, and the tax form. He is definitely guilty of Frankenstein accounting, but there are so many loopholes written into finance law I doubt he is legally fraudulent.
According to his former attorney Michael Cohen, Trump inflated the worth of his business to get bank loans, then deflated the worth of his business when filing annual tax forms. Cohen stated several state attorneys might investigate him for tax evasion. Trump has been sued many times, including for fraudulently advertising Trump University as a university. His students were not able to transfer credits as it was not an accredited university. They won their lawsuit.

It was absurd. America was in a bad place ...
I recall reasoning it was the result of choosing the lesser of two evils for too long.

Perhaps this is the fate of all democracies.

Lying on a loan application is fraud.

Stop. You're talking about one who was just nominated for 3 Nobel Peace Prizes! And when has Trump ever, ever went out to slay millions and millions of people for some type of purge? You can't see that you're using extreme hyperbole to defame and demonize someones character? Please give it some thought.

God is not a genie who answers your "I want" prayers. Your wants have to align with God's Will. "Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done" is the correct way to pray.

And on this sorry but I don't see eye to eye with your type of theology. Yes Jesus said what he said above but for the reason we're even to pray "Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done" leaves open the fact that it won't be without any prayer or intercession.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:1-3

4 ways to pray as seen above with a promise for a certain end result if we do. If it was just going to be what it was going to be anyway there would be no need to pray.

If you pray for Trump to win the Presidency how does that align with God's Will according to God's Word?

I don't believe I ever said to pray that Trump would win the Presidency. I believe I sad to pray that God's LIFE and LIGHT would drive back the forces of darkness and I'll add here now so that we can have what 1 Tim 2: 1-3 says.

Why in this year or all years did the Democrats choose a 78/79 year old Biden?

The alternative was a 78-year old Bernie Sanders. None of the young candidates in the Democratic races had what they needed to catch up.
