So I'm a Christian but I struggle with doubts a lot. Now I do believe that there is more evidence to support intelligent design then materialism. So i do believe there is a god of some kind. But one of the questions I'm going to ask God when I get to heaven, is why did you allow all of these other religions to be inserted into humanity? As it says in the Bible ingrain your child when they are younger so that they are less likely to walk away when they are older. That same logic is going to apply to other religions. Really it seems like we are being told to examine thousands of ships and pick one and hope its the only one that doesn't sink. I know its something a lot of Christians want to ignore but the fact is that Christianity could be wrong and its a different religion? What if Christianity isn't right? Even apologists like Frank Turek says its possible its not true even though there is strong evidence to support it.

I don't think it's so much about the correct religion as much as it is the belief. If you were raised in a different place and had zero access to Christianity but yet had a calling to God I don't think you will suffer for not being able to have access to the "correct religion". You would then be judged on your actions and belief that there is a God.

I think God is more generous and gracious than many Christians want to allow for. We can only live in the light we have.

It's also good to have enough humility to admit that one's position could be wrong, especially when it comes to matters of faith. Doxastic humility is a rare virtue.

So believing that Jesus died for you isnt required to get into heaven?

What if Christianity isn't right?

Yes what if, what would it take for Christianity to be false?
Well for me it would take hard evidence that Jesus did not rise from the dead.
If documents were found in another dead sea cave or something like that, that showed that Jesus's body was removed and reburied, that the apostles discovery of the empty tomb was only the discovery of an abandoned tomb, that the real place of burial was down the road.
That various Roman authors had written against this strange cult with the evidence and there letters etc where now found.

The problem is that historians accept that Jesus lived, died, was buried, that his tomb was empty and that the disciples believed they had met with a risen Jesus.

How else could you be judged? If you were raised with no access to the word of God you would have no way of knowing the law.

Luke 12:48 gives us some indication that you would be judged differently.
