Well, I'll give him some credit. A former nominee of the party by the name of Jimmy Carter once promised that he'd never tell a lie or make a misleading statement. Everyone knows that never happens in politics, so at least Mr. Biden hasn't boxed himself in like that.

He's said he served in the Senate for 180 years (lie)
He's said he served as vice president for 10 years (lie)
Are they including utterances like these? Or are they picking and choosing what to call a lie?
I'm sorry, but the fact checkers are a bunch of partisan idiots running around trying to tell others what to believe... I listen to them not until they stop the partisanship and start with speaking the truth themselves.

I imagine that this may be a score (untruthfulness) where DJT can actually be telling the truth when he says his score is "perfect."

Why will Joe Biden not answer if he plans on stacking the Supreme Court? Why will he not answer if he will move to abolish the electoral college.

Well, politicians tend to not like being nailed down by giving an exact answer to hypothetical questions. If a situation comes up they like having some wiggleroom to play with. But if they've committed themselves on tape that makes tends to narrow their options. And unlike President Trump, Biden doesn't have the luxury of having a base that instantly believes whatever they're told at the time. "We've always been at war with Eastasia!!".
