Using Wisconsin as an example doesn't turn the conversation. The fact that people haven't been talking about Wisconsin since post 36 is a good indication of that. You're simply trying to win an argument you lost quite awhile ago.

They aren't - that is why Trump hasn't sent in any federal help - they don't want it. But riots are still happening, people are still dying, businesses are still being destroyed and then the cities and states want the Federal Government to pay for what they allowed to happen.

The President is saying no - and if you don't keep law and order in your city or state, why should we support you? It is a legal and valid question.

If they are claiming that they have the final say on what is or is not sufficient action by the states it seems to me that they are indeed claiming that they have over site of local enforcement.

We will see if the courts agree with your assessment of it's legality.
