America nor any nation will ever be a Christian nation besides Israel. It is a wordly nation.

Im not sure why anyone see's the nation they live in as their home, or think that any leader will fix or bring it into a christian nation.

20But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ

Our nation is in heaven, and the kingdom of God.

Creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God.

He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.

All those in christ, are brothers and sisters in God's family. At the present moment the earth doesn't belong to us, nor any nation. It belongs to the wicked, and the unrighteous.

It doesn't matter who is running the nation. The nation as a people, reject God. Christian leaders come and go but still need to act within worldly laws. A christian leader for example cannot take down the wordly system of the nation.

Essentially what we are seeing atm, is God saving the lost, bringing then into his family, untill the day of judgment comes, at which point Jesus will give the earth to the children of God.

We are scattered throughout the world, with no nation of our own yet, and it is quite clear in revelations that sooner or later. The world will they will try to remove us from the earth completely.

We wont have a nation untill the return of Christ. We shouldn't be concerned so much about politics, or where the nation is heading, as the nation is going to fall away anyway. We should be loving our brothers and sisters, like Jesus loved us, as they are our family.

Exactly. Salvation and our walk with God is an individual thing not a national thing. We are citizens of Heaven and the Church is a vast global body made of believers from all races, nationalities

Enjoying your country is not a bad thing. But I do t really understand this extreme nationalism that America is God's chosen nation any more than Denmark or Tanzania or Italy are.

Modern end times prophets focus on America as being some indicator of end times and also as a country more likely to be under God's wrath. Why?? The USA is no more wicked or special than any other nation.

Bible prophecies focus on Israel and surrounding nations

I think we have proved ourselves so.

"Collective narcissism has been consistently related to support for leaders and parties which can be characterised as national populist. In line with our argument that the need to acknowledge in-group’s greatness characteristic for collective narcissism is visible in Trump’s flavour of nationalism, several studies found that American collective narciss.ism was associated with Trump support and ultimately casting a vote for him in the 2016 election.

"Despite a debate around the specific underlying motive, researchers seem to agree that collective narcissism serves to compensate frustrated individual needs. These findings suggest that when basic individual needs are not satisfied, people might turn to the in-group to derive their feelings of autonomy and self-worth from its image. "

Nationalism as collective narcissism - ScienceDirect

can we be a Christian nation of we are a narcissistic nation?
This is absolute poppycock. Every four years the left trots out psychiatrists who declare Republican candidates and their followers people with mental disorders. It's a tired dog and pony show. During other years, they claim Christians, conservatives and libertarians people with mental disorders. Earlier this year those opposed to masks had "mental disorders" according to the media. People who support second amendment rights have mental disorders according to media shrinks. I wouldn't take the opinion of an armchair psychiatrist or a group of them writing a paper with a political axe to grind seriously.
