He is under criminal investigation in NY and the Supreme Court just handed them more evidence.

The world is reeling at how Trump has merited impeachment ten times over and think his orange spray ten must be Teflon.

You are misunderstanding me and I don't think you understand our bail system. How can I help clear up my meaning? You remember the chants of "Lock her up" at Trump rallies? That is what I am talking about. Assuming people are criminals simply because you oppose them politically.

No. Republicans want to "stack" the courts, not abolish them.
That is why it will be imperative to make "balancing" the courts a top priority of the Biden administration. The number of justices is not enshrined in the Constitution and has changed throughout history--relatively easily.
An unbalanced court of Federalist Society ideologues would upset our system of checks and balances. No matter how many progressive laws might be passed by duly elected presidents and Congresses, the ideologues could just say they're unconstitutional. The system is completely untenable when the court is stacked, virtually invalidating the will of the people for many years to come.
But praise God, there is a remedy, and because Democrats believe in a robust system of checks and balances, they will use it.

Some urge Democrats to expand the Supreme Court if they take power in 2021. Could they do that?
