You seem to be perfectly okay with violence when it's police departments permitting it within their ranks. In fact, just the other day, you said it was preferable for them to kneel on the neck of an unconscious man until he died than it would be for them to risk getting shot.

So, I don't really think it's just "violence" you're concerned with stopping.

That would be where the constitution gives the Legislature the power to create laws. Now, would you care to answer my question? Where is the DOJ designated as the arbitrator of whom is doing enough to curb violence? I know no law has been written so where is this power spelled out in the constitution?

Why would anyone disapprove of telling the truth. How is it in any way an overreach to simply point out a problem?

What problem specifically is being pointed out? At what point was the Federal government granted oversight to approve or disapprove of local enforcement of local issues?

Seems like they would have some say in where to spend federal dollars, if they end up having to go in because local leadership isn't allowing the police to do their jobs.

Last I checked that authority was designated in the legislature. Was some law passed that extended that authority to the executive branch?

I must of missed this section of the constitution that enables the Federal government to "step in" if the feel the like it. Where would I find that do you think?

I just came in from the garage where I have a Christian talk program playing. They were discussing this and said that the residents of New York, because of this, are now going to suffer a $7,000,000,000 loss of Federal funding.
