When we hit 200,000 deaths in a few days, any election impact?

there was no national mandate for masks, schools, closings, etc

it was left up to the governors.....some acted, some didn't

Wait a minute... make up my mind for me. Does the buck stop with Trump?

The buck stops at who's in charge

So are you saying Trump is only responsible for anything negative or derogatory? Or did the buck that stops with Trump prove that he kept the projections from actually occurring?

Which, is it? Can't have both...

it does and he failed to act on a national level

so governors started taking action because there was nothing coming from the top

Interesting... you do not like that Trump did not dictate mandates for states to uphold? Would you rather the President of the US told all states what they are required to do by federal mandate?

I think most who won't vote for Trump made up their minds before the first election that he will never be able to do anything right, so why would that delusion change?

200,000 deaths, or 2 deaths, it doesn't matter.
I’ve persuaded several people who voted for Trump to vote for Biden in November. Of course, those people have the ability to reason and parse actual information without squawking about “fake news” like a parrot.

Yeah, and what about the ones that didn't have enough sense to know, there really was no collusion at all, and it was all a huge waste of taxpayers money?

Oh, BTW, turns out that WAS fake news after all, now, wasn't it? ;)

Ability to reason??

You are aware who they will be voting for if they dont vote for Trump, right?

Lol

Getting back to the question at hand......No, there will be no impact ......even if 50 million die. It’s the unforgivable Age Of Trump and His Lemmings, where NOTHING matters anymore......nothing....

If Trump forces things he hated for that, if he doesn't, he's hated for that.

And of course the states aren't going to do as they should and protect their people...they WANT the country to be in turmoil when the election comes around. Problem is, many are intelligent enough to se through it all, and will see just what the left is doing...swaying the election, regardless the cost in social unrest, and hopefully it will all backfire on them come election day.

It's all a new low for the left, and I can't imagine good people wanting that type of hate leading the country.

It has a certain psychological impact but probably not as much as 100k. 327k will be much larger as that is 1 in 1000 Americans dying to Covid. 600k will have a massive impact making Covid the #2 cause of death. 700k would be devastating, indicating the #1 cause of death in america and passing the spanish flu in raw deaths. After that it is a large leap to 2.2 million where we match Spanish Flu death rates. I hope these numbers don't come to pass, but I expect, sadly, that all but the last one will, and I fear the last may still be a possibility.

We are down now to a very small percentage it would seem, but the exact percentage is uncertain.

It is likely under 5%.

Democrats waste effort if they are trying to convince undecided. As Trump well understands, this election is about getting out your won voters. The Democrats failed last time because they failed to get out the black and college educated women's vote in WI, MI and PA.

I don't think Trump is God. He can not control who lives and who dies. It always amazes me the things that people attribute to the president.
It’s not that evangelicals think Trump is God. It’s Trump that apparently thinks he is God.

What is more dangerous than the latest flu? The Never Trump Syndrom. It affects pagans and christians alike. Male and female. No matter the skin color. Rich or poor. And we probably won't know in this lifetime the number of actual deaths caused by it.
