Not in the same way IDist do why. Don't they deny common ancestry? I am probably more along the lines of Francis Collins now with his Biologos. IDist gets right into proving God through ID and science and reject natural processes. Whereas I don't reject natural processes out of hand. They can be part of God's way of how he does things. In fact, I have said at the end of the day I don't really care how evolution works as it is totally within a person's faith to accommodate the MS. It would just be how God allowed life to come about and still a tool that God created and used.
A person cannot reject natural processes or the science that goes with that as this is part of our reality. Our reality is about cause and effect and the mechanism that drives this. It is not a supernatural realm so we have to understand things that way. The only distinction I make here is that in using science to understand the natural world we should be able to see and connect this back to God. Indirectly with design but more intuitively.
