With Jesus it has to do with true and love, for these two characteristics are God's greatest. He is The Truth and He is love. So truthfully loving is where you find Jesus the very opposite of the wicked.

The wicked get into us through the lies we believe about God, ourselves and our neighbour. We can see that we have fallen for the wicked's lies when our lives are not loving. Where we either hurt God or our neighbour with our by the wicked's orchestrated deeds, or we suffer the hate of the wicked.

The problem biggest problem with the wicked dwelling in our hearts is that they are not truthful and not loving. They bring guilt, shame, confusion, loneliness and fear, for with them as friends we do untruthful unloving things and create misery instead of good life.

The good news is we can be saved from the wicked. The blood of Jesus can wash us clean and help us break away from them. This process is called repentance. Where we deny ourselves the right to heed the wicked any longer for we following the longing to do what is loving and true instead of their unloving deeds.

When we do that then the wicked dwelling in our hearts will begin to be washed off, and the characteristics of the wicked will begin to leave us. So instead of selfishness, dishonesty, pride-fullness and arrogance reigning our hearts with misery, God's love does and our hearts begin to produce good things, like kindness, gentleness, self-control, patience, compassion, forgiveness, meekness and humbleness.

God as friend dwelling within us kills the wicked, along the Way. It is absolutely awesome to see Jesus fight the wicked. For years they controlled my heart and my thinking and brought God, me and my neighbour much pain and suffering. Yet then i found Jesus as friend and Saviour and He redeemed me from the power of the wicked and made me much stronger than them so i don't any longer have to fear those bullies.

That is the life i wish for you Loyal. A life where God is your friend and Saviour and you find good life galore in and with Him.

There is no better Friend than Jesus. For He forgives our wrongs and sets us free from the traps of the wicked.

Experiencing some mild, not very intrusive yet, "ideation" and I think it's from the darned meds. I already have an appointment scheduled but it's annoying to wait.

i sincerely hope it doesn't take off with you. Have you warned your loved ones to keep an eye on you in case it gets really bad?

I ditched a lot of my fake friends years ago LoyalToGod, best thing I ever done. You need good Christian friends that understand you and build you up. I find that people that love God will truly love you and share their heart with you, that's what we need, we need true fellowship with caring, loving people. Do you meet any good people at church Loyal?

Yes sometimes we better off in hospital. Our illness can skew the truth so much that we loose stability.

i'm feeling well again today, i have been having quiet a few good days lately. Not sure what changed but i'm not complaining.

It is busy in my living room right now. Our daughter and our son are up with the little kids. i always enjoy it when they are up.

God Created you, He wove you together in your mother's womb, He gave you life and the promise of grace and redemption. Why in Heaven's name are you considering giving that up instead of fight for?

Why give eternal good life away for expensive temporary fun that does not last but makes you only feel darker and darker, and loonier and loonier inside? A life where you always have to fulfil your desires and you are a slave to it all. It was the worst life ever, and made me suicidally depressed plenty of times. So glad Jesus set me free from that all. And He can do the same thing for you. Slay the wicked and raise the righteous, wouldn't that be mint?

With God you only have to do away with what is no good Loyal, for why should you want to hold onto that? No good brings no good, and you and i have enough fill of no good already, suffering from a depressive illness.

Your dark side needs to be redeemed from, not indulged in Loyal, you know that! It has amazed me how Jesus did that in my life, He saved me, the one who had been hurt by the wicked, while the dark matter and the fun lovers inside of me burned up in front of my eyes, and only light and clean stood before me at the end of it. An awesome sight to behold. Jesus doing His laser beam work on my soul. Feels so good to get rid of the wicked, horrible slave drivers they have been in my life.

No Loyal you best of never considering that move. It surely be the death of you. Please go to Jesus to be cleaned up of the wicked first and then you can have all the fun and games you want without them stuffing it up.

i'm loving life without them and Jesus as King of my life. He makes all my desires come true and teaches me which way i should go. He is faithful and true and never leaves me in the dumps.

i highly recommend you go in your sinful life to Him and let His blood cleanse you from your sins and set you free on His green pastures. With satan as lord darker, loonier, scarier and in the end all good life dies, with you burning it.

The devil as king of my heart? No thank you, not for me, never again.

i love Jesus Christ, my redeemer, He is the best King ever. He saved me from that beast.

Btw, does anyone have any recommendations for alternative forums for people who have severe emotional distress (like myself)? I joined a forum in 2016 and all they did is minimize my problems and made me feel much worse to the point that I sadly am close to becoming a complete misanthrope...

I wish I did. I'm sorry I don't. I only post in this thread and subforum anymore. Like you I have a unique set of problems that no one knows how to solve and I've never been able to encounter anyone who's been in my shoes on certain things.

i have found nothing Loyal. The growth of Facebook and Twitter meant the closure of many forums. Even this forum is nowhere as busy as it used to be. A pity really for i have often found support in time of needs on the mentally ill forums, i know that there are millions of people who struggle with mental health issues yet so few place people can go for aid.

it's ok. It bothers me when I don't know how to answer something of yours here, when I can tell you are feeling bad.

Not feeling that good today. My brain is so not functioning and I struggle to cope with everything. Despite my struggles I maintain my daily prayers and scripture reading which I find strengthens my faith and keeps me going.
