Just having a ginger and lemon tea to try and settle the stomach - the cramps are making me feel sick! Oh well, hopefully the tea will help!

I get them once in a while. I had it last night but it seemed to resolve quite quickly. Perhaps it was the tea. Ginger has a really good effect on the stomach!
