I miss my dad...

Hello, I'm new here (well, I've lurked but decided to make an account)

My dad passed away in April of last year and my dad was just about everything to me...
I got so mad at God when I thought he didn't answer my prayers. I had already lost my mom back in September 15th 2007 and that broke my heart. I'm trying so hard now to come back to God. I just miss my dad so much...I'm crying now and cry everyday. The moment my dad took his last breath keeps playing in my head and it hurts! Can someone please pray for me...I can't find the words sometimes.

Be comforted by the fact that your Dad is always with you in your heart and mind and soul.

Trust in Jesus and lay your feelings at His feet.

Pray for your Mum and Dad.

I lost my dear mum and dad 17 years ago and they are extremely dear to me and always in my prayers. Plus, i still dream a lot about them!

God bless you and comfort you...

My deepest condolences. Grief is hard. I will pray for you, and may he rest in peace and his memory be eternal.

You are definitely not alone, Christine, if that is any consolation. I am sorry that it has been hard for you, but I know that when our parents have gone, life, even if it's generally good, is missing something irreplaceable and unforgettable. I sometimes think on Revelation 21:4 and it helps.
