Potatoes + dairy products apparently provide a pretty decent diet, with most of what your body needs, just throw in the odd onion or leek and some sunshine.

Introvert dreams ! I tend to do that if I can but then I get bored . I do enjoy being around non toxic people but they do tire me out .

You aren't the only one! I'm an extreme introvert and solitude is bliss to me. I still need connections to humanity in some form, but I can go a long, long time without seeing another person and be quite content.

My happiest time of my life was when I went out to Holy Trinity Monastery in Butler PA a year after my wife passed away. I can't describe how at home I felt there. Working as a handyman for the abbot, the prayers, the solitude. The place was beautiful and brought beauty into my soul.

But.....*sigh*....God had other plans for me.
