This guy folds notes and they seem to look like the twin towers at various stages of collapsing.

I have led almost about 25 to 30 people to Christ when i've showed them this to interrupt their day.
What do you think about this evangelism technique? Note I don't believe in the conspiracies....

When you give people something ambiguous like an image or a sound, and ask them what they see, you'll get a lot of varied answers. However, if you "prime" them by telling them what they'll see or hear, then it will seem all too clear that what they say is what is there. People did this before by playing rock 'n roll albums backwards twenty-thirty years ago.

I'm not seeing an "evangelism technique", I'm seeing someone who believes in conspiracy theories and is trying to use religion to dupe people.

So I guess, more plainly, I don't think very much of this "evangelism technique". It is, at best, manipulative and exploitative.

Well, if they'll believe that 911 was a government conspiracy, I guess they'll believe anything!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

My apologies if I was being too ambiguous. What I mean is that I don't consider what he's doing to be evangelism.

I'm a Lutheran, so that colors my opinion quite a bit. We don't really do the whole "try and convince people to become a Christian" way of doing things.

This might be difficult to try and explain without getting into Lutheran theology, but in brief: From the Lutheran perspective nobody comes to Jesus, instead Jesus comes to people. That's what preaching the Gospel means to us.

So, in general, I don't think very highly of most "evangelism techniques" as generally practiced in popular American-style Evangelicalism. Let alone ones that rely on falsehood, or the manipulation and exploitation of people's fears.

They'll be primed, especially if they're the kind of people who can't say "No, I don't see it" in front of a crowd.

My parents and their families are Lutheran... I also went to a Lutheran school... Later in life I wondered why I hadn't really tried to spread the gospel... (though I did try to convince teachers of YEC). I thought that maybe the reason was that I was a bit embarrassed about the gospel message.
This might be difficult to try and explain without getting into Lutheran theology, but in brief: From the Lutheran perspective nobody comes to Jesus, instead Jesus comes to people. That's what preaching the Gospel means to us....
That is related to synchronicities in music:
"No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them"
Hearing songs with seemingly supernatural significance

This guy is an absolute quack.

He's using manipulative, documented, brainwashing techniques. Notice how often he stops to say things like "Listen to me," "Watch this," and "You can't dispute this". He's priming people to believe what he's saying. He's not asking people to thoughtfully consider his ideas, he's laying it out as absolute truth, making himself the enlightened savior to the ignorant, duped masses.

Anyone with half a brain would realize that "The government is hiding messages about 9/11 on dollar bills, but you have to fold them in this really weird way to see it!" is just laughable bunk.

It's disgusting.
