Hi. We can all agree that these past several months have been tumultuous times for us all, and we are all desperately in need of prayer from one another to help us remain steadfast in faith and find the courage to persevere through this adversity.

I am reaching out to anyone who will listen and asking for your prayers. From the beginning of this pandemic I have been under heavy fire from the enemy to an extent greater than anything I have experienced before, and my faith has been tested in ways that require me to place absolute trust in God. Throughout these trials I have continually grown closer to God in relationship like never before. However, as of recently I have become very discouraged. I have felt a loss of purpose and have been overcome by an overwhelming sense of futility in my perspective on life.

Praying you will find that life with Jesus has so much more meaning than living our lives down here. For what a miserable existence life on earth truly is!

However with Jesus we learn to rule over life as kings beside Him, a kingship which will have eternal purpose, for we know with Him we will rule over all life along with all the Saints.

i rejoice that my meaningless existence down here, a mentally ill person on benefits, has still eternal purpose in Him. i gladly fight the wicked knowing there is an eternal reward in store for me. The good news is with Christ our hearts are transformed, each day some more.

So please be encouraged and don't let this plandemic rob you of your purpose and joy in Christ.

i would like prayer for my kidneys they have not been working properly causing me to suffer painful gout attacks.

Father, I pray that in these times of uncertainty that the circumstances drive people to the point where they have no other option, but to turn to you through faith in Jesus Christ. Thank you for forgiving us for failing to remember that we are not here to enjoy times of comfort, ease, and prosperity, but to serve as ambassadors of Christ and give reasons for the hope we have in Him. Let us remember that for many of us, we were driven to salvation as a result of desperate times like many are faced with today. I ask that you help us keep our focus on you and not on our lives as we bear the fruit of the Spirit you are producing through us to give to a lost and hurting world. In the name of Jesus, Amen!

Yes, I battle daily with "what's the point?" I'm nearing my "best before date" (I'm 69) and I have little motivation to hang around this world that is so far from God. I get encouragement from God and a hammering from the devil. I'm still in there, but I know what discouragement is. Watchman Nee said that it's Satan's ploy when other attempts to put us down have failed. Don't give the devil the satisfaction of putting you down.
