Fetal Heartbeat Law

Given the Supreme Court decision on Louisiana's law this year (Supreme Court Hands Abortion-Rights Advocates A Victory In Louisiana Case), I expect that Ohio's law will not survive a court challenge.

Abortion at any age or stage is wrong. Life is life, heartbeat or no heartbeat, brainwaves or not brainwaves, fully formed or not.

Psalm 139
13 For you created my inmost being;

I think that this is an attempt at a back door ban against abortion, which has been found to be unconstitutional.
