Christopher Enoch presents and interesting understanding of 'works of the law' as presented in Galatians 3.

He draws a distinction between 'works of the law' (positive commands), and negative commands (the thou shalt nots).

Everyone tries to understand Paul, and there are a lot of different interpretations of his words. He mentions several times that "the just shall live by faith"' I don't know if you've ever read this or not but it is interesting and I think the same idea that Paul had. My concern in regard to Christopher Enoch is that in one of his videos, he teaches that Paul
contradicts Yeshua. In my experience, when I have found passages in the Bible that seem to
contradict each other, I assume that the problem is with my comprehension. To pray and wait
for the Lord to open the scriptures has always proven effective. Martin Luther would have done well
to consider that approach before attacking the epistle of James.

Amos 3:3. Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?

I haven't seen this video you speak of; but I've seen several of his videos where he claims that Paul does not contradict Yahhsua. If such a video exists (I haven't seen any evidence of this unsupported accusation) what does it have to do with this video or the subject of this thread?

It pertains to the source of information contained in the video. Here is the video that I am referring.

OK. So he's not correct in his understanding of every aspect of the Bible. Who is?

Again, what does this have to do with the subject of this thread; or was this an ad hominem with the intent of undermining the content of the OP?

I am not speaking to a need for him or anyone else to have a perfect understanding of
every aspect of the Bible.
I am speaking to him purposefully questioning Paul's teaching remaining in agreement
with Yeshua and Moses, which undermines believers in their confidence in the Brit Chadashah.
If you do not feel that is an issue, continue to post his teachings. My conscience is clear.

Now lets get back to the subject at hand, now that we have trashed the person quoted to start the thread.
