I can't post it here, but there is video that shows him being shot right after someone says "Hey! We got a Trumper right here!" Then it appears that the gunman says "right here?" And then shoots the man. It's the headline at Dailywire.com, and the video is in that article.

I have links of both of the things saved

The protesters saying "we got us a Trumper right here" (and then them shooting him)
As well as the video of the BLM organizer saying "I heard they were one of those Patriot Prayer people" and "we took out the trash" and the rest of the protesters cheering and audibly laughing, and even offered to PM the link if they didn't believe me.


It's irrefutable that BLM Portland was celebrating the killing of someone just because they were a conservative.

Not sure why they're busting your chops over this one. The videos are widely available to back up what you're saying with a cursory 15 second google search.

I understand that they're convicted in their beliefs, but certain folks seem to want to refuse the mere inkling that BLM or AntiFa could ever do anything wrong or be capable of the behavior described.

Just like there are two videos of BLM folks throwing things at cops and knocking them out then chanting about it and laughing. But of course the media is ignoring that so things stay one sided.

The violence is still pretty lopsided. It's the BLM protesters getting shot, run over, tear gassed...then labelled "non-peaceful" whenever they defend themselves. And that's AFTER the whole movement started as a result of black people getting shot, clubbed, and tear gassed time and again with nothing being done about it. It's rapidly looking to me like peaceful demonstrations are not getting it done. And it's not like you just let it go, when black people are repeatedly getting murdered in cold blood.

When I hear an unequivocal, unconditional condemnation from Trump and Trump supporters, condemning people running over and shooting BLM protesters, then I will condemn the shooting of the Portland protester. I haven't heard it yet. Until then, as far as I'm concerned it's self-defense. When you rally against BLM, you are condoning the continued murder of black people, and that is a death threat.

Let's start with the first thing you said. Black people getting shot? What exactly do you mean nothing is or was done about it? Has not the officer been charged and is he not awaiting trial and I'm talking about the Floyd case. And can you honestly say in some future day there couldn't be a justified reason for a Cop to use his gun in the ultimate sense to maintain law and order? Never?

It's pretty obvious that this needs to stop. The two sides must be seperated and pushed from the streets.

But still. Neither side has racked up the bodycount of the average mass shooting, so I think this gets a bit too much public attention.

They were mainly peaceful counterprotesters, and other than for paintball gun they were unarmed.

The slain individual had no business being there, other than to stir up trouble. He certainly was not de-escalating the situation.

I blame Trump for stirring the pot and setting Americans against each other.

There is no de-escalating or reasoning with people that are set on harming you. Was a Jew going to talk down a Nazi? Reason with them? Plead to their 'humanity'? It is not up to the opposed to de-escalate. That lies on the aggressor. How long did people think this was going to continue uncontested? Did people take inaction for fear? Or weakness? Never thought that rabbit would get a gun?

Going to another city illegally armed to antagonize protesters doesn't seem like defense to me. He murdered two people.

They also started fist fights and drove through groups of protesters... using cars and fists to assault people is not peaceful. It doesn't justify murder, but this murder is clearly the death of a violent gang member (Patriot Prayer is a violent gang) who went to start trouble in Portland.
