The wrong way

This is very awkward, but I was drinking something, ale mixed with lemon, as I usually do in the Summer but I swallowed the wrong way.
Not a big deal, but when I was “okay” again my chest started to hurt, it still does. I don’t know why, I do this a lot and pain never happens.
Keep in mind I was with other people so I “held” in my cough which probably didn’t help.
