Take a look at Job in the Bible, he stayed faithful to God even though he had boils on his body, his children died, his cattle died, and his wife told him to curse God and die, but he held onto his faith and God restored his health. God does not count our faithfulness if we use our own effort because He knew it will not amount much. If it amounts to something, why the Heavenly Father need to send His own son to die on the cross and promise to give us the Holy Spirit to help. Since you can be faithful, why Jesus has to suffer for your diseases and bore your pains — it makes no sense. Since you are faithful to bear all the suffering in this lifetime, why the Heavenly Father and Jesus need to send you His Spirit to help — it makes no sense.

If you are talking about Job—- do you think
you can count himself to be faithful in his suffering with diseases and be found acceptable in God’s sight, you are mistaken!

Listen what Job have said :
For I know that my REDEEMER LIVES, and at the last HE will stand upon the earth. -Job 19:25
And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God, -Job 19:26
whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. My heart faints within me! -Job 19:27

He is counting on his own faithfulness, but he is counting His Redeemer !!! Job’s heart faints because he is grateful for His redeemer who delivered him out of death and trust that he be given new eternal life in his mortal body. ( Roman 8:11)

I suggest that you don’t resign just bearing to be faithful with your own strength!
but abide in the Lord’s strength to be faithful.

That is why we put our faith in Christ Jesus so that we are justified by faith in Christ Jesus.

That is why it is written:
Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. -Romans 8:26

Are not those who are sick and disease weak ? Are not we promised the Holy Spirit help ?

When you are not looking for His help, it don’t make sense. When you don’t seek His help but believe that you just have to be faithful by your own strength, —- are you sure walking like Job ?

Mom needs your prayers now just as much as ever. She is still on the ventilator (possibly up to 4 months) but they are taking her off a lot of the medications that have her in a deep dark place (to relax her so her body would allow the ventilator to work when her lungs was at the sickest point). Now since they have the trachea in place they want to slowly take her off of the medication. We need to see increased brain function to be able to follow commands and her lungs be able to pick back up and work some on their own. They said it typically takes 1-3 days if someone has been on paralytics for a week or less. Mom was on them for 19 days so it may take much longer for mom but we are believing otherwise. The brain cells like to really get a grip on the medicine and it takes time for them to release it. But with GOD, she’s gonna overcome this speed bump. Her eyes are responding to light which is a plus. This bible verse comes to mind, “I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me”. My Mom still has the Lord right at her side and he’s whispering this in her ear. Let’s be Mommas biggest fans and rout her on by praying for her so big right now. Thank all of you for sticking with me on this journey. I have had so many people tell me that they wake up and the first thing they do is look for updates on Mom. Y’all don’t know just how much this means to me. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart and from my entire family. Our God is good and will see us through.

Yes Lord we agree with our brother and ask for a miracle for Debbie White. We ask that you'd touch her body and heal her lungs. Give grace to her and family during this most difficult time. In Jesus name, Amen.

Really sorry for your loss. We did pray for her and now I change my prayer focus to you and your family.
