Disagreement is not.
Disbanding the street crimes unit, then having street crimes increase over 150%. And instead of supporting his Police Department he alienated them to the point that in the first time in their history they endorse a President who does support them.
That my friend is out of touch.

The mayor is out of touch with his PD. his PD, because of how the mayor has made them feel have abandoned the Mayors Party and for the first time in their existence enforced a Presidential candidate.
it seems you want to diminish the significance of the actions. that’s ok we just have yet another disagreement in position.
