When Paul wrote to the Church at Corinth and told them the end of the age has come upon them (1 Corinthians 10:11), this should cause us to realize that we are running on fumes at this very moment. Many have come in by Way of the Cross, but have gone out through the many other ways offered by Satan, the world and the lust of their flesh (2 Peter 2:21). They have abandoned the Cross for other things. Phil. 3:17-18

We are in the days of "Lot," (coming soon the Rapture). The last of the last days of the Church age.

If the calendars are right, the church is now 1,987 years old. The church began on the day of Pentecost, which was some 33 years after the birth of Christ. So, we deduct 33 years from 2020, which gives us the number of 1,987 as it regards the age of the modern church. In other words, we are living in the last days of the church age, which means that Bible prophecy concerning end-time events is about to happen. As it regards the work of God on this earth, every 2,000 years or every 1000 years something tremendous has taken place. Momentous things most definitely happened at other times, but hallmark events took place at the time frames mentioned.

Because of iniquity, love is waxing cold - The coronavirus and the destruction of property can’t hold a candle to the perilous (difficult) times ahead. Things will not get better until the Second Coming!

Praise God, the Rapture will bring the completed manifestation of Christ’s Finished Work for us at Calvary! For the Believer, the Rapture is Independence Day! Once and for all, we will be totally and completely freed from our corrupted nature, freed from all effects of sin! Glory to God! Let’s take a closer look at the events taking place in Heaven (which parallel the events of the Tribulation on Earth). All Believers must appear before the Judgment Seat of Christ according to II Corinthians 5:10. Remember this is not for the purpose of dealing with sin, however, a careful ledger has been kept of every work the Believer has performed since he became a Christian (Mat. 12:36; Rom. 14:12; II Cor. 5:10).

Believers will be judged on the basis of:

1. Doctrinal Beliefs – true or false (Rom. 2:14-16; 14:1-10).
2. Conduct toward others – kind or unkind (Mat. 18:10; Mk. 9:41; II Tim. 4:14).
3. Stewardship – faithful or unfaithful (Mat. 25:14-29; Lk. 12:42-44; I Cor. 4:1-5).
4. Words – good or bad (Mat. 12:36-37; Eph. 4:29).
5. Talents – used or wasted (Mat. 5:15-16; Mk. 4:25).
6. Attitudes – Christlike or selfish (Mat. 6:1-7; Eph. 4:30-32).
7. Motives – right or wrong (Mat. 6:16-18; Lk. 14:12-14).
8. Traits – Spiritual or carnal (Rom. 2:1-6; Col. 3:8-16).
9. Every Deed – worthy or worthless (Mk. 9:41; Col. 3:23-25).

The deeds performed in a worthy manner will be rewarded, but those deeds Christ judges unworthy will be burned and will cause the Believer lost rewards (I Cor. 3:12-15).

The following rewards have been promised for faithful service to the Lord:

1. Victor’s Crown (I Cor. 9:25).
2. Crown of Righteousness (II Tim. 4:8).
3. Crown of Rejoicing (I Thess. 2:19).
4. Crown of Life (James 1:12).
5. Crown of Glory (I Pet. 5:4).
6. Martyr’s Crown (Rev. 2:10).
7. Crown of Gold (Rev. 4:4).

And because Scripture clearly indicates that it is possible for someone else to take our crown (Rev. 3:11), it behooves every Christian to be diligent in his service to the King of kings! Believers will also be given a mansion in which to live eternally (Jn. 14:2), and Christ will determine the amount of earthly rulership to give each Saint based on his faithfulness to God in this present life (Lk. 19:12-26). Believers will reign as kings and priests with Christ forever (Rev. 1:6; 5:10). Following the Judgment Seat of Christ will be the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. This speaks of the Bride of Christ, all the redeemed from every Dispensation who will live in the New Jerusalem. “Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His Wife has made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the Righteousness of Saints. And he said unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And he said unto me, These are the true sayings of God” (Rev. 19:7-9). What a time of reunion, celebration, and worship Believers have in store! Are you ready? Are you in a committed, Covenant relationship with Christ? Are you a Bride adorned for her Husband? Is your heart singing, “. . . when I hear that last trumpet sound, my feet won’t stay on the ground”? If your answers are “yes,” then, as my husband often says, “Well, Glory!”

THE DIFFERENCE IN THE RAPTURE AND THE SECOND COMING

Many people fail to distinguish between the Rapture of the Church and the Second Coming of Christ. The chart below gives a brief contrast:

Rapture of the Church - Second Coming of Christ
1. Occurs before the Tribulation (Lk. 21:36) 1. Occurs after the Tribulation (Mat. 24:29-30)

2. Christ comes for the Saints (I Thess. 4:13-17) 2. Christ comes with the Saints (Jude 14; Rev. 19:11-21)

3. Christ takes the Saints to Heaven (Jn. 14:3) 3. Christ brings the Saints back to Earth (Zech. 14:4-5; Rev. 19:14)

4. Christ returns to the clouds (I Thess. 4:17) 4. Christ returns to the Earth (Zech. 14:4-5)

5. Christ is not seen (I Cor. 15:52) 5. Every eye shall see Christ (Rev. 1:7)

6. It is the “Blessed Hope” of the Church (Titus 2:13) 6. It is the great day of His “Wrath” (Rev. 19:15)

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of Godliness (refers to all the trappings of Christianity, but without the power), but denying the power thereof (the modern Church, for all practical purposes, has denied the Cross; in doing this, they have denied that through which the Holy Spirit works, and in Whom the power resides [Rom. 8:1-2, 11; I Cor. 1:18]): from such turn away (No half measures are to be adopted here. The command is clear! It means to turn away from Churches that deny or ignore the Cross.) II Tim. 3:1-5

The Bible doesn’t teach that the situation is going to get better and better, but, as stated here, worse and worse. It also teaches, as we see from Verse 5, that the Church will go into total apostasy. It will have, and presently has, “a form of Godliness, but denies the power thereof.”

What does “denying the power thereof” mean?

Paul said, “For the preaching of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved, it is the Power of God” (I Cor. 1:18).

The Church is in apostasy; it has fallen asleep. The Church faith is not in Christ and Him Crucified, but only Christ. In other words they are proclaiming Christ while forsaking the Cross (the Blood of Jesus). Which is another Jesus. It has made a covenant with the Evil One, and the price is the blindness of the right eye, spiritually speaking; now they cannot see what is right or what is wrong (I Sam. 11:1-2). No covenant can be made with Satan — not of any nature. If we make anything the object of our faith other than Christ and His Cross, we are, in effect, whether we realize it or not, making a covenant with Satan.

As stated, the Church has already apostatized. The Church Age opened with Christ standing in the midst of the candlesticks, in which the candlesticks represent the Church (Rev. 1:12-13). At the close of the Church Age, which pertains to the present time, we no longer find Christ in the midst of the Church, but rather outside, knocking on the door, trying to get in (Rev. 3:17-20). The Lord is, in fact, no longer dealing with the institutionalized Church as a whole, but rather with individuals only.

“If any man hear My Voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me” (Rev. 3:20). So, who presently is saved?

As there was a “Remnant” in Israel who were saved, meaning that most were lost, likewise, there also is a “Remnant” in the modern Church who are saved, but only a Remnant. Israel had rejected much of that which was of the Lord, but when they rejected the Cross, there was nothing left. They were cut off. The modern Church has done the same thing. It has rejected much which is of the Lord, but now it is rejecting the Cross. As with Israel, if the Cross is rejected, that means the Righteousness of God is rejected, and that means the Church is also cut off — except for the “Remnant.”

Are you in the Remnant?

The only way that anyone can be in the Remnant is by accepting Christ and what Christ did at the Cross. There is no other way!"’

Many have come in by Way of the Cross, but have gone out through the many other ways offered by Satan, the world and the lust of their flesh (2 Peter 2:21). They have abandoned the Cross for other things. Phil. 3:17-18

The Cross of Christ is as necessary for sanctification as it is for salvation (1 Cor. 1:18).

Most Preachers have no problem with mentioning The life of Christ, His miracles and good works, but if Jesus Christ had come and done all the things and not been Crucified and made the Sacrifice, there could be no one that can be saved. None of His miracles saved a person. The majority of Preachers are ok with preaching Jesus only, but Paul clearly said, we preach Christ Crucified. It was Jesus Christ act at Calvary that saved mankind. Paul didn’t say we preach Christ the miracle worker. He didn’t say we preach Christ the sick healer, but we preach Christ Crucified. Therefore, if the Preacher is not pointing every “jot and tittle” of the word of God to Calvary, Christ becomes of no benefit to the Believer. If the Preacher doesn’t believe this or understand this, it becomes a wasted sermon without power of the Holy Ghost. The Preacher must preach Christ Crucified only. And the Believer Faith must be placed and maintained exclusively in Christ and Him Crucified to receive Grace, the benefits of this resurrection life. Deny yourself and take up your cross daily!

Yes, yes it did.

God bless.
It absolutely did not happen .
However it is coming. Those in Christ (The Church) will not be here during that time.
AD 70 was a mere precursor of that which is to come.
Don't be deceived into thinking The Tribulation has already happened.

It is mentioned that:
He ( Holy Spirit) will declare to you THE THINGS THAT ARE TO COME. -John 16:13

Is it what you quote as end time events from the Bible, reflect as what the Holy Spirit declare to us as the things that are to come?

if yes, what the Holy declare to us must mean something and for a purpose. Could you help explain?

if no or other answer, could you explain what you understand?

thanks.

Please refrain from asking stupid questions as well as thinking you know what you are talking about when you CLEARLY DO NOT.
This is a pre-trib thread . Why are you even hear other than to act like you know something that you do not and try to argue.
AD 70 has nothing to do with Revelation other than being a illustrative precursor of that which hasn't yet , but will happen.

Here's a few questions...

If the one thousand years to be understood literally why are other verses and words such as “key, bottomless pit, a great chain, dragon, serpent, and set a seal” to be understood as figurative?

Is the pit Satan is cast into literal?

Is it a physical pit or spiritual pit?

If a spiritual being like Satan is loosed, how is he loosed?

Did John see these things with his literal eyesight?

How are the saints going to physically exist during the 1000 years with Christ if “flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom?”

If Christ returns to judge the world in Rev. 19, when Satan is released in Rev. 20:7-10, he deceives the nations…but they’ve already been judged Rev. 19:15?

How are they judged twice?

How is it possible a person in their resurrected glorified body is deceived by Satan and consumed with fire from heaven?

You would have to believe a person can have a resurrection body and be lost…where in scripture do we find those who have been resurrected living with those in their natural bodies?

How do people in their natural bodies escape the resurrection and judgement?

When Christ returns living and dead believers are caught up to meet Him in the air and those who are not believers are left to face His wrath [Matt. 24:37-41]. How does the Premil view account for the people who are not judged or raised when Christ returns?

Yours in the Lord,

Israel is God’s prophetic time clock. In other words, one can look at this newly formed nation and pretty well tell the lateness of the prophetic hour.

Concerning this, Jesus said: “Now learn a Parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near” (Mat. 24:32).

Israel is here likened to a “fig tree.” For the first time in nearly 2,000 years, that branch is starting to “put forth leaves.” This refers to Israel becoming a nation in 1948 and following. So, looking at Israel as a prophetic time clock, we “know that it is near, even at the doors” (Mat. 24:33). The Dispensation of the Church is about to end, which will usher Israel once again back to her rightful place, but, as stated, through much trouble (Jer. 30:7).

The Rapture of the Church could happen any moment.

Matthew 24

“32 Now learn a Parable of the fig tree (the Bible presents three trees, the fig, the olive, and the vine, as representing the nation of Israel, nationally, spiritually, and dispensationally); When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves (is meant to serve as the illustration of Israel nationally), ye know that summer is near (refers to Israel as the greatest Prophetic Sign of all, telling us that we are now living in the last of the last days):

33 So likewise ye (points to the modern Church), when you shall see all these things (which we are now seeing as it regards Israel), know that it is near, even at the doors (the fulfillment of Endtime Prophecies).”

“34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass (the generation of Jews which will be alive at the beginning of the Great Tribulation; as well, it was a prediction by Christ, that irrespective of the problems that Israel would face, even from His day, they would survive), till all these things be fulfilled (there is no doubt, they will be fulfilled).

35 Heaven and earth shall pass away (doesn’t refer to annihilation, but rather a change from one condition or state to another), but My Words shall not pass away (what the Word of God says, will be!).

36 But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the Angels of Heaven, but My Father only.”

Mark 13

“28 Now learn a Parable of the fig tree (symbolic of Israel and the Second Coming); When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves (refers to the rebirth of Israel as it began in 1948; for about nineteen hundred years this “fig tree” produced nothing, now this tree, taking life from the roots, is beginning to “put forth leaves”), you know that summer is near (Israel is God’s prophetic time clock; looking at Israel, we now know that summer is near, i.e., “the Endtime Prophecies are about to be fulfilled”):

29 So you in like manner, when you shall see these things come to pass (the beginning of these things predicted by Christ, has already begun), know that it is near, even at the doors (should have been translated, “He is near,” because it refers to Christ).”

“30 Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass (concerns the generation in existence at the time of these happenings, which will be the time of the Great Tribulation), till all these things be done (speaks of the events proclaimed in Rev., Chpts. 6-19).

31 Heaven and Earth shall pass away (better translated, “Heaven and Earth shall pass from one condition to another”): but My Words shall not pass away (what Christ is saying will come to pass, and without fail!).”

Our Word for Today

“and He said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord GOD, You know (Ezek. 37:3).

During World War II, some six million Jews died at the hands of the Nazi butchers. It was Satan’s effort to destroy these ancient people, because he knew that the time had come for the beginning of their restoration. He did not succeed, but it was not for lack of trying.

Out of that funeral pyre, the death camps of Nazi Germany and Poland, the question asked some 2,500 years ago by the Lord of the Prophet Ezekiel now takes on meaning, “Can these bones live?” In 1948, the nation of Israel was reborn, one might say, thereby beginning the fulfillment of the Thirty-seventh Chapter of Ezekiel.

Within themselves, it was not possible, and is not possible, for them to live again.
Within themselves, there is no hope, as should be overly obvious!

However, listen to what the Lord told the Prophet some 2,500 years ago:

“Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O My people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel” (Ezek. 37:12).

And that’s exactly what the Lord did. Out of the holocaust, He brought vagabond Jews from all over the world in order to establish the nation of Israel once again.

Concerning Israel and her restoration, some 500 years after the Prophecy of Ezekiel, the Apostle Paul said, “And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, there shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

“For this is My Covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins” (Rom. 11:26-27).

Actually, Paul was quoting both Isaiah and Jeremiah (Isa. 27:9; Jer. 31:31).

Israel is God’s prophetic time clock. In other words, one can look at Israel and tell just how late the time actually is. To be sure, it is late. Israel is about to enter into the worst time of her existence, called the “Great Tribulation” (Mat. 24:21).

Zechariah prophesied that two-thirds of the people of Israel will die at that time (Zech. 13:8-9). Then, and only then, actually during the Battle of Armageddon, when it seems as if Israel will be completely destroyed, will they then begin to call upon the Lord. He will answer that cry. That is the Second Coming, the time that Israel will finally accept the Lord Jesus Christ.

It’s a shame that Israel will have to undergo such sorrow; however, millions in their own way have had to undergo trouble before they finally would say, “Yes,” to Jesus Christ.”

Friend, you are a very confused individual.
Why?
Because of the questions you ask.
Keep in mind there is only one resurrection for the just IN STAGES, and only one resurrection for the unjust NOT IN STAGES. The unjust only resurrect one time at the end of the literal 1, 000 year reign of Christ . They will go before The Great White Throne Judgment.
Their names WILL NOT be found in the Book of Life.

The Genealogy of Jesus the Messiah
1 This is the genealogy of Jesus the Messiah the son of David, the son of Abraham:

2 Abraham was the father of Isaac,

Isaac the father of Jacob,

Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers,

3 Judah the father of Perez and Zerah, whose mother was Tamar,

Perez the father of Hezron,

Hezron the father of Ram,

4 Ram the father of Amminadab,

Amminadab the father of Nahshon,

Nahshon the father of Salmon,

5 Salmon the father of Boaz, whose mother was Rahab,

Boaz the father of Obed, whose mother was Ruth,

Obed the father of Jesse,

6 and Jesse the father of King David.

David was the father of Solomon, whose mother had been Uriah’s wife,

7 Solomon the father of Rehoboam,

Rehoboam the father of Abijah,

Abijah the father of Asa,

8 Asa the father of Jehoshaphat,

Jehoshaphat the father of Jehoram,

Jehoram the father of Uzziah,

9 Uzziah the father of Jotham,

Jotham the father of Ahaz,

Ahaz the father of Hezekiah,

10 Hezekiah the father of Manasseh,

Manasseh the father of Amon,

Amon the father of Josiah,

11 and Josiah the father of Jeconiah and his brothers at the time of the exile to Babylon.

12 After the exile to Babylon:

Jeconiah was the father of Shealtiel,

Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel,

13 Zerubbabel the father of Abihud,

Abihud the father of Eliakim,

Eliakim the father of Azor,

14 Azor the father of Zadok,

Zadok the father of Akim,

Akim the father of Elihud,

15 Elihud the father of Eleazar,

Eleazar the father of Matthan,

Matthan the father of Jacob,

16 and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, and Mary was the mother of Jesus who is called the Messiah.

17 Thus there were fourteen generations in all from Abraham to David, fourteen from David to the exile to Babylon, and fourteen from the exile to the Messiah.

Joseph Accepts Jesus as His Son
18 This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. 19 Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.

20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”

22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).

24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.

For those of you who are walking with the Lord, you will be amazed at this prophetic Word given 55 years ago.

May we all be awakened!

Stanley Frodsham's Prophetic Warning - 1965
This prophecy was given at the Elim Bible Institute USA, in 1965 by the late Stanley Frodsham. Brother Frodsham was one of those who received his Baptism in the Holy Ghost at Sunderland in 1908 where the Pentecostal movement in Britain had its beginnings. He was a recognized prophet and teacher in the Body of Christ whose life and ministry spanned the Pentecostal Revival, the great Healing Revival and the early days of the Charismatic Movement. He also authored the well-known book, "Smith Wigglesworth: Apostle of Faith". It is written: "Despise not prophesying. Prove all things, hold fast that which is good" (I Thessalonians 5.-20,21). The following is a prophetic word given to one who was under a heavy anointing. We believe all who read these solemn prophetic warnings should take diligent heed to them. "Believe in the Lord your God, so ye shall be established,- believe His prophets, so shall ye prosper" (II Chronicles 20.-20).
